Pros +
- Location and cleanliness.
- The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. We had a medical emergency and they were fantastic in making sure our family member was taken care of. Location is great to a Christmas Market and the Deutsche Museum.
- Excellent location and size of the room. Great town and the area is very friendly.
Cons -
- Our only complaint was are rooms were constantly hit. We tried everything to keep the room cool and this was in December. Our shower door wouldn't open freely so we had to squeeze in and out.
- Street-level room feels like it lacks a bit in privacy.
- The room noise proofing is poor as we can easily hear people talking in the room beside us. There are a staircase near the main entrance and we had to carry our heavy luggage up as there are no access for luggages.

The location and cleanliness of the hotel and room is good, and reception staff are helpful and friendly

The room smell bad and the room door didn’t have a safety latch or a bolt lock.
kitchen in room ; good location and very clean
laundry not convenient with the app
Its located in a very lively and likely neighborhood, alongside side beautiful nature of the city Munich. The staff are very friendly and welcoming.
Unfortunately, the doors won’t let your resting time noiseless as their are not soundproof!
Easy to find.Close to public transportation. The apartment was well supplied. Able to cook simple meals in the apartment.
The mattress was slightly too firm to me.
Shower
No keys, the system broke down the night we arrived.
It was a comfortable, well situated hotel oktoberfest
The hotel wasn't fancy but the price was right
Location
The staff is clueless. Couldn’t figure out how to use a credit card or issue two keys for a room. I stayed here several times in the past. Loved the restaurant that was attached to the hotel. That restaurant has closed. Given the staff and restaurant closure, I will not stay there again.
Room was comfortable. Desk staff polite.
Room service pathetic. I was there for a week and schuled room service for only one day (reminded desk the night before. ) No show. They came the following day with a very suboptimal effort. Towels on the floor wren replaced on bathroom hooks. . Cups and glaases not cleaned. Coffee/tea not repleshed. Water Drinking water bottle not refilled.
Nice hotel, in a quiet residential/business area, close to downtown & train station by S-bahn (Rosenheimer Platz), or walking 20-30 minutes past the Deutsches Museum. Very well equipped, clean and comfortable rooms!
There is no restaurant and there are no nearby grocery stores, so plan ahead if you like to eat breakfast or snacks in your hotel room. Everything is a fairly long walk (it is a nice walk down the riverbank park toward the museum & downtown nevertheless).
Checking out
I stated via booking chat, with no response, twice, and spoke with the front desk personnel, that I feared the bees that were outside my room on the balcony. I paid a lot for a balcony that was not able to be utilized due to the infestion. There was not a few bees, there were numerous bees there were flying between the balcony wood and the outside! I explained to the front desk that there was a dead bee and to please remove it. It was never removed. I could not open the slider for air and my room was hot. I paid for AC and a balcony of which I was not satisfied. At no time, was I offered a different room. I was not able to sleep for 3 nights! I understand bees are protected in Germany, and also in my hometown, but switching my room would have been appropriate. I will be disputing my credit card bill accordingly.
very good location especially for my main goal of being in close proximity at Goethe Institut. there are plenty of good restaurants as well nearby. the loft is realy spacious.
i was asked during the checkin when i would like to make up the room and they confirmed it to be Monday. but then came Monday, no one clean the room. they should probably need to improve how they track these kind of agreement.
Location was fair, not too far from metro and restaurants if you cut thru park, room given left very little to come back to. Bathrooms were claustrophobic. Bed headboard was completely damaged, will stay elsewhere next time.
Room was awful, tight bathroom and peeled headboard left me not liking place. Will stay next door instead.
Good breakfast
Dont have a parking place. The cleaning situation is terrible
Quiet location. The guy in the front desk was super nice. Enjoyed my short stay in Munich.
Great location… underground, super restaurants, Goethe Institut. Friendly and welcoming staff
Very good value and breakfast. We lived in a studio in the building when it was first built and it was the 2nd time we’ve been back. Happy memories.
It’s a bit of a walk into town.
