The staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel is located within a 5-minute walking distance to a decent convenience store with a small cafe.

The location of the hotel is not great. The room was not as good as it appears in the pictures. I could smell cigarette smoke in my room every night, though it was non-smoking. If you're trying to park here, forget it.

Newly converted office building to hotel. Super modern design. great for corporate rentals or log-term lease for travelling business people.

still bugs to work out in newly renovated/adapted building. A/C didn't work in the room. Vertical blinds weren't compatible with windows opening. electric shutter issues. Staff came off a bit abrupt, to the point. bugs to work out, being a new hotel.

The garden is good for relax after dinner or you can have a cup of coffee.

The washing room designed is terrible, when you take a shower, the water will be everywhere. The washing room become wet and easy slip. The sink is too small, looks like designed for kids.

Location is good. Just few subway stops from city center.

Cigarette smoke every day in hotel and my room. Remote control didn’t have batteries. The TV doesn’t have any news, or movie channels, but only tv jewelry shops and religious worship channels. I booked the room because I needed not too expensive room last minute when I arrived to the city.

Good Location, decently close to train where you can go into the city center without spending alot of time on travelling.Very easy Check-In and good service.

Rooms were alright, there was just a couple things that we did not like.For one our bed sheets didnt get changed or cleaned, just rearranged the pillows and duvet to just make it look nicer instead of actually making it clean. Walls were also a bit dirty some places.

Good for one night stay. Location ok. Reasonable price compared to other hotels in this area.

Don't expect luxury. The hotel looks just like an ordinary block of flats.

Super dirty! It's not a hotel. In best scenario It can be a low quality hostel! the price is for a good hotel but the reality is totally different! there is nothing in room. the floor was super dirty and also wall and roof. the room smells was soil and humidity! nothing at room! literally nothing even a glass, refrigerator, ... . but the location is perfect! However it doesnt worth at all!

The room was extremely cramped there wasn’t even enough space to fit our luggage. No kettle was provided, not even for making hot water.

They had heat and hot water.The beds were ok, quite comfortable, except the pillows, which can be changed with better ones.Quiet, yet noise can be heard from the neighbors if they are noisy.They gave us back the amount for parking because the TV and hair dryer didn't work.

The bathroom wasn't cleaned properly, hair, mold and the toilet seemed like it was only rinsed with the shower.The TV and the hair dryer didn't work.There wasn't a proper closet, it was only a shelf, a very old one.There was no ventilation in the bathroom.

Personnel were friendly; breakfast was very good; not too far from the S- and U-Bahn station and the city center.

The room was small, and the ceiling showed some mold.My laptop did not want to connect to the free WiFi.

Worst stay ever!

bathroom was molded, seems there is no housekeeping service. The room was dirty, with stained carpets and worn-out bedsheets that smelled bad I’m not even sure they were clean. Mold covered the corners of the walls. Even by make up requests, they didn’t change the towels or make up the room at all. The dirty, wet towels I asked to have replaced were just re-hung on the wall! Completely unacceptable. Terrible soundproofing literally sounded like a beatbox. You could hear every little sound, whether it was coming from the far side of the building or floors above or below.

Jephor was a really pleasant youn man very helpful and going out of his way to help. The other man with specs was great as well. Good experience overall

Everyone was super nice and William who was at the reception was also very helpful in helping me find the best prices and Information about the city!

Terrible smell, what looks like mold on the wall, a bedsheet with a hole, and a dirty carpet

There was a very strong and unpleasant smell in the room, and something that looks like mold on the wall. The bedsheet had a hole in it. I asked to change the room, but was told that no other rooms were available. I have allergies and couldn’t sleep all night. Further comments are unnecessary.

Our second stay at the hotel and we will be back later in the year. The staff are welcoming and accommodating and the rooms are basic but clean.

Would like an actual double bed rather than two singles pushed together as they do tend to slip apart.

The price was good, it’s close to train/metro stations. You have the possibility to have breakfast and coffee there. I think it’s a very good choice for a city break.

The walls are thin, there is noise from other rooms and hallway.
