Quiet and peaceful hotel. Note that my room faced into the courtyard but the street didn't seem noisy at night either.
Friendly staff. Went above and beyond.
The location and the staff were awesome. The finishes and the use of space in the rooms were top notch.

Cons -

The A/C in my room didn't work. After a couple of complaints to staff one brought me a big room fan to help. At the time, hotel was apparently full so room swap wasn't available. Otherwise staff and cleanliness was excellent.
Mini-fridge would have been nice. Or a coffee maker.
The WiFi routers were sub par and never maintained connections for very long. When connected, the internet service was relatively slow.
