The location is extremely convenient: very close to the Altstadt center and parking. The room was aesthetically very appealing, clean & had a comfy, king-sized bed. The staff member who checked us in was very friendly, helpful, and professional.

Excessive noise outside the hotel was very disruptive until ~2 am. This is obviously beyond the property's control. Also, not a fan of the check-in process. In closing, this property is probably best suited to young adults, not families, or 50+ couples.

Nice welcoming, friendly staff, large spacious room, good vibes about the place, and perfect location.

Perfect accommodation in downtown Munich. Close to all the major attractions. Great staff who took care of us from start to end.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable, and housekeeping was timely and thorough. The staff were attentive, welcoming, and always helpful throughout our stay. We felt well looked after and would be happy to return.

Could have been cleaner and expensive for room size and facilities but overall a good stay great staff would look for cheaper next time

Our weekend stay at this hotel in Munich was truly exceptional. The location is absolutely perfect, just a few steps from the main city square and all major attractions, with countless bars and restaurants right nearby. Despite being in such a lively area, the hotel is very well connected in terms of transport, making everything in the city easily accessible.The accommodation itself was simply outstanding. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and featured a large, incredibly comfortable bed (honestly, one of the best sleeps ever). We were also pleasantly surprised by the excellent sound insulation, especially considering the busy surroundings.The bathroom was a highlight for us. We loved the underfloor heating, and the built-in music with Spotify access was such a fun and luxurious touch.The staff were friendly, discreet, and very intuitive in their service - always present when needed, yet never intrusive. Everything about our stay met (and even exceeded) our expectations for a perfect weekend getaway in Munich.We will definitely be coming back!

Everything was perfect!

Clean, modern and functional rooms. Comfortable beds and pillows.

We arrived at 9.30pm and the check-in area had turned into a busy bar/nightclub. Fine if it was just myself and my husband travelling however we were with our children. Having them wait in a nightclub queue to check-in was less than desirable. We could then hear the music during the night which made it difficult to get a good nights sleep.

Excellent breakfast. Great staff. 2 minute walk to Marienplatz

This hotel exceeded our expectations! It was so clean and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to welcome us and help with our stay. The location was excellent and I would stay here again in a heart beat!

Parking garage was a short block away and there was not laundry at the hotel even though it’s stated there is.

The location is absolutely perfect. Right in the middle of everything. Easy reachable with public transportation and a short walk. The staff was amazing. Late night bar on the weekend buzzes with people. The bathrooms were nice and the shower was great.

The rooms are in the small side, but I expected that in an older building in the middle of Munich.

Location is amazing. Short walk from the center of town. The staff were friendly and helpful with a ready smile for all.

The first room we were given was interesting and probably would have been great if I were 25 years younger. Once I saw the bed on a platform just off the floor I knew it would not work for this old lady. Just the thought of having to get out of that bed in the middle of the night made my knees ache.The staff was great about changing our room which worked much better for us.

Fantastic location. Simple reception and no fuss, but I actually like it because you are getting a good value in exchange. The value comes in the form of comfort and location. Don't expect dozens of staff pampering you during your stay.

Honestly, I think the things that I didn't like are easily compensated by the overall value the hotel offers.
