The room and the facilities of the Hotel were exceptional. The room is spacious with very nice lighting. Mobile phones can be connected to the TV via Chromecast, though not IPhones. Soft towels and Bathrobes were provided. Room service was quick at reasonable prices and they have 24hrs offerings. The room was soundproof. The Sauna and Spa area are exceptionally nice.

Check-In took longer than I'm used to at other hotels. I don't know why there was a need for the IDs of all guests and why the required me to fill details such as Adress, E-Mail on a paper form standing at the tiny reception desk in our winter coats. Don't you have all that info when I book via Booking.com? Any other Hotel from cheap to expensive seemed to have my Details at the time of check-in, making for a quick and frictionless experience. Reception Staff was pragmatic, neither nice nor unfriendly.Bathroom is nice but offers only limited acoustic and visual privacy, because the walls are tinted glass. You will hear anything your partner does in the bathroom.Shadows and silhouette are still visible against the light, even though the glass walls are tinted black and the wall that faces the room has a window blind. Being heard and the feeling of being seen while in the Bathroom was uncomfortable for me and my partner.The toilet is seperate in a fully enclosed room with solid walls and a lockable door, which is nice.My In-Room Breakfast order was wrong and had items missing. Ordering two eggs, i got two portions of two eggs. The bread basket that was supposed to come with eggs was missing. When calling to request it, the staff was hesitant until I read to them from the menu that the eggs are served with bread. The eggs were cold by the time the bread came. The coffee and fruit were nice. Unfortunately the eggs went to waste. The room service on the prior evening was nice and quick.5€ service charge for in room dining is not appreciated, just seems cheap on your end.

Super posh. Very clean. Bathroom is spotless. Many elevators very good. Bed is very comfortable.

There is no information about a security deposit anywhere this should be shown somewhere. Hotel is super booked and only 2 staff so when you call reception you don’t get a response. Room is overlooking the halls of other floors so everyone can see you close the shutters. Staff can be a little more accommodating. Honestly should be priced a little lower for a room like this.

I usually don’t rate less than 5 out of 10 since there is always room for improvement and usually the mistakes are not intentional what happened in my experience there was no chance it was a mistake so here it is- Arrived at the hotel and asked to pay upfront and deposit by cash- The employee deducted the price of the stay and the deposit from my credit card and was about to take a guaranteed amount cash as well- When I asked about the extra money that was deducted than the original amount they started apologising that they withdrew the whole amount with the guarantee - I understood it might be a mistake and I explained (which I didn’t have to) that I pay the guarantee cash since it will take along time to recover it from the bank and they confirmed that they understood and apologised again - Upon checking out I find out the whole pre authorised amount was cancelled just to get me to pay twice before leaving - It’s not a coincidence they knew what was going on and made sure to make the worst of it

We had to wait just a little bit at the check-in and we were immediately approached by a friendly member of the staff who offered us a drink while waiting. - Outstanding service!The staff at the bar was very friendly even though they were trainees. Senior staff who was in charge of trainees was also very friendly and supportive.

Suite art is really amazing. The spa and swimming pool are really good.Good point is that we could host our 2 kids in the room.Special thanks to Josephine for the kind attention in the room for the birthday of my wife.

we stayed 2 nights , no towels were changed , no cleaning room .

Nice hotel with large rooms...

The view out of my window was onto the opposite building which was close by. I always had to close the blinds otherwise people could look into my room.We were not allowed to look the the swimming pool without changing into a bath robe and a swim suit.

its a standard hotel, nothing very special about it

well the staff is helpful to a certain point, then when the evening hits regardless if being 5 start hotel service level drops. rooms service menu changes. roof top is closed over the weakened. So 5 stars hotel in not actually 5 stars

Room was spacious

Disorderly at check in. No one to receive us at the door and help us with suitcases. We had to unload our bags ourselves from the car. Crowds were milling around at the check in and we had to figure out where to line up. No valet was to be seen again on check out and cab drivers parked their taxis in front of the door and my husband had no where to park his car so we could load up our bags. The cab drivers just ignored my husband and there was no hotel valet to supervise and manage traffic. Not what we expected of the Andaz brand. Overall a disorganised and cold, impersonal hotel and we could have selected a less expensive hotel for the little that was provided. It felt like an in and out airport hotel. They should seriously buck up and improve. We are never coming back nor going to try another Andaz Hotel. It was also disappointing in New York and this visit confirmed for us that it was a bad choice.
