The room was comfortable and clean

Breakfast lacks variety although the peak period crowd was well managed. It was not too secure as anyone can access any floors of the hotel without the need to tap a hotel card. The pillows were too flat. The main lights in my room could not be switched off at night. This fault was reported by a few customers' around July/August but the problem persisted during my stay in Dec. It was eventually fixed on the second last night of our stay. The dinner that one can order at the hotel's cafe/restaurant has very limited dishes and the pasta dishes were quite plain tasting.

It was comfortable, the room was good, the staff very nice.

The Breakfast is phenomenal which was the reason for re-booking. We have Gluten Free and Dairy free requirements and fantastic choice.

The evening meal options were limited.

The location for us was great. Wanted to visit the BMW World and Museum.The parking is underground, not included in the price.A reach breakfast with many options. We recommend it more for short stay.

The room offers breathtaking views of the city. The hotel is conveniently located near a train (metro) station, making it easy to reach all major attractions.The hotel also provides an excellent breakfast with a wide variety of meals and drinks.

The staff is lovely, the rooms are comfy, the breakfast amazing, and the hotel is located just in front of metro U3 (Oberwiesenfeld).

Nothing to complain about this great hotel.

Location is nice, they allow dogs without any payment and stuff is really nice. We had an incident at night, our neighbours were extremely loud and after asking reception, they came and calmed them down.

There is nothing in the room, no water, no kettle nothing. Also you can hear everything outside and inside the hotel, no soundproofing at all.

Perfect location, right next to the subway station.We stayed only 2 nights. The room is nice and clean. It's a bit of a hostel type. It was fine for us for 2 nights. For a longer stay, the refrigerator and kettle may be missing in the room.Breakfast was good.

my kids was left his headphone in the hotel after check out and the staff got help us to keep it.

Great location to be just outside the city center with very easy access with the subway. We have stayed here twice while visiting Munich as the hotel location is awesome and the hotel us clean and comfortable. With a family the bunk beds are great so ev÷done cannuave their own space.

The location is good as I spent my time nearby. Also it is valuable that a hotel has an open buffet during the evening (although there are not so many options to eat). The bathroom in the room is quite big and good.

The desk in the room is very small and uncomfortable, it is almost impossible to work there. Also the room was not really clean at the arrival (there is no daily cleanining of the room, which is absolutely ok, nevertheless at arrival the room must be clean).
