The location very closed to the center of Munich. Only 3mis walk to our tour buses.

Modern Hotel in a great location - near train station short walk to other sites in Munich! Would highly recommend

This place is a block or two from the main train station in Munich and has quick access to both s-bahn/u-bahn and mainline train services. The room was renovated, modern, and well appointed. Be aware that google maps will direct you to the "nightime" entrance, which has an "automated" check-in service that is disabled during the day. The main entrance is right next to it. They have it signed, but when you are focused on logistics, you do not always see obvious signs.

Train noise is constant. The s-bahn/u-bahn trains run underneath and you hear/feel the rumble about every few minutes. It is not so intrusive that you cannot speak at a normal voice or require the TV to be loud, but if you are prone to light sleep, this might be disturbing. They have sound-proofed otherwise and you do not hear noise from outside.

Alex is an amazing person ... It was nice talking to him and getting some recommendations and advice about Munich ... The location is very good just a few steps to Central station and close to Marienplatz.

To be honest nothing

Great room. Very clean, spacious and comfortable. Short walk from the train station and to the main square.

A half shower door is always a challenge for us Americans. Breakfast wasn’t so good.

Location was great Exceptional staff, especially Alex. Very clean.

It was a little noisy at night.

The location is exceptional with easy access to public transit, the old city and tours. Staff was warm, friendly , welcoming and eager to assist with any questions. The guidance wrt restaurants, museums and things to do was fantastic! I love this hotel and would stay there again!

The location is great. We arrived and left from Munich Hauptbahnhof and wanted a safe and clean accommodation close by. We also wanted to be able to walk around city center without having to take a taxi or SBahn. Therefore we chose this hotel. It doesn’t look like much from the outside and the ‘lobby’ isn’t what you normally expect but I guess they made do with the little room they had (there are shops along the bottom floor of the building). The two receptionists we encountered (especially Herr Schneider) were incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room was on the 4th floor and we heard absolutely no outside noise. The electronic blinds also totally darkened the room. The room itself was very clean, chic and modern with a comfortable bed and a nice, clean bathroom and a very cool shower. All in all we had a very great stay and it was much better than expected.

Bathroom size was decently big and comfortable. The water pressure from the shower was fantastic. The heated water came on almost immediately which was great!

Room space was cramp, so it was a little challenging to fit 2 medium sized luggage and move around comfortably.

The room and bathroom was fantastic. The central train station was very close by/10 mins walk away. The staff was very helpful with directions.

Close to the old town, very professional and helpful staff. Recently renovated rooms with very comfortable beds and linens with functionality and quality throughout.

The property was clean, modern and comfortable. There was a secure entry and desk clerk, Alex, who was very friendly and helpful.

It was all wonderful!

We experienced very hot weather on all three days of our mother-daughter stay in Munich and were so happy to have a cool sanctuary to return to during the day and especially at night. The staff were all very friendly, the rooms are comfortable and clean, and it is very easy to get around in and around the city from this location.

We aren’t bothered much by traffic noises, because we live in a city as well, but I could imagine that our second floor room overlooking the street and the streetcars below could be problematic for light sleepers. There are shades that completely block out light, but you can hear the rumbling of the streetcars. There are rooms that face out back though, so you could just ask for one of them.

The room size, and its location, the flexibility of providing the late check-out.

Self check-in because we arrived 11 pm, no help for the bags, only 1 staff as a reception is available for the hotel.

Lovely boutique hotel. Biggest TV screen I have seen in a hotel room! Amazing block out shutters. Staff really helpful and friendly. Perfect location for trains and old town.
