Well located, pleasant staff, good breakfast, comfort room.

Small rooms, small elevator and very narrow garage.

Bed and sheets were at least clean.

I’m honestly baffled how this is rated a four-star hotel. The hairdryer was oddly positioned above the toilet, and the toothbrush was right there too, definitely not a comfortable setup. The room itself was so cramped that once luggage was inside, there was hardly any space to move. For a double room, it was absolutely impossible for two people with two suitcases to function. In short, this hotel was nowhere near the standard it claims, and I wouldn’t stay here again.

The parking place was really awful with my rental car Volvo V90. I spent half an hour parking and also for leaving.

The elevator was too small, and so was the room.I couldn’t believe for the price how small it was.The lighting in the restroom was poor. I could hardly see my face when shaving.

This Hotel is a Gem in Munich, being so close to the old section. The room was airy, clean and so comfortable with no noise being heard. Great shower with plenty of hot water. The breakfast, always an important point with me, was excellent with a wide variety of choices of hot and cold offerings. And, the coffee was served hot and kept so as it was individually served in a carafe at each table. No having to deal with coffee machines!! The staff was personable and helpful with any questions we had. We loved the fact that a staff member gave us a tourist map of the city and pointed out where our hotel was and points of interest. The staff's efforts made our stay in Munich a delight!!
