Convenience to train and city transportation. Close to popular attractions. Washer in room very nice!

Bathroom wall dirty. Hallway to room very dark. Breakfast nice but expensive.

People were friendly. I emailed about needing Kleenex and toilet paper and a person brought it promptly.

The bedroom we stayed in was like a hallway. 3 single beds against a wall. Not very big. It was not ideal. I know the other rooms were not like that so I'm not sure how we got it.

We appreciated the location of this hotel, which was walkable from the train station as well as to the Old Town. The room was spacious with separate bedroom areas, and having a washing machine and kitchenette was really handy.

Similar to any location near a high traffic train station, there were some interesting characters in the neighborhood that made us wonder if being out at night would be 100%. The room was neat, but was a little worn down and dated.

Central Munich location, walking distance to the Hauptbonhof, the Hofbrauhaus, and Marienplatz! Great price, too.

Reception personnel are courteous, helpful and professional. Lobby and breakfast areas are nice.

In my opinion the graffiti style writings in the room and lobby makes the place looks less presentable and tacky.

Amazing hotel nothing fancy but definitely worth it!!! Hotel employee at the front desk made everything right for my family (7). Very convenient to local restaurants and much more. Thank you 

The location was excellent and the staff was pleasant and friendly. The breakfast buffet (additional charge) was a good value and had selections for both meat and vegetarian eaters.

The wi-fi was up and down all the time. The finishes were ¿ok¿. Upon entering and putting my backpack on a shelf it promptly collapsed (it was being held up by q tips as the bracket). The refrigerator had no freezer compartment for ice.

Great value for money to stay in the city center with kids. Apartment with a kitchen gave us more flexibility. Breakfast is super and overall I liked the concept and atmosphere of the hotel

We stayed in 3 room apartment and only 1 of them had windows. That’s ok for us as it was 1 night stay

The location was excellent, a short walking distance from the old town. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and kind.

Location was great. It was spacious and we enjoyed having the kitchen. The dryers were terrible and took hours and hours to dry. I had to use my own pillow, so comfort was a bit of an issue. However, it was clean and the staff was friendly.

The laundry facilities and the beds/pillows weren’t comfortable

Great location - close to downtown (Karlsplatz is 8 min walk and then downtown is another 10 mins).Bonus thing we liked: the apartment has a clothes washer, but as with most places in Europe, no clothes dryer. BUT there was one shared dryer in the basement of one of the buildings. This was super helpful, given we had a multi-day trip.
