Munich Rooms Hotel

The location was perfect, there’s a supermarket just close by it (Edeka). There are lovely eateries within the terrain and it’s very close to downtown. The hotel was very clean, and the rooms are very tidy and neat as well.

I liked everything just that I couldn’t control the hot water in my room, it was extremely hot and my shower handle was a bit faulty.

Discrete hotel in one of the best parts of Munich. Rooms are just what is needed, super clean.... Coffee and drinks when you want...Both owners are great people as well.

Street parking is the only thing available however a few blocks down the street is an inexpensive paid garage.

Great location, clean, quiet, comfortable, easy self-checkin, has everything needed for a good stay. Would choose again.

Munich Rooms is a lovely boutique hotel in the heart of Schwabing. It is close to public transit, restaurants, and shopping. It is minimal in design, but well thought out, clean, and quiet. The staff are very personable, kind, and helpful.

Location, simplicity, check in

Bathroom aircontrol was not there, stayed damp and bit smelly. Synthetic blankets

Much too expensive, considering where it is located and considering that no breakfast is provided.

No breakfast, but lots of Coffe places not far away. Very nice and quiet room. Very coold in munich and we had to increase the heat. Nice design and modern.

No shoehorn in the room. A bit to cold in the beginning -easily solved.

Small hotel, nice neighborhood with good restaurants, not a long walk to historical Munich, friendly staff

This is a wonderful family owned boutique hotel in a very nice residential area but still close to everything you could want in Munich. We enjoyed our stay and felt like a local living in the city, hotel is beautifully designed and decorated. They offer coffee and tea on the house and they even have a fridge full of beer & wine for purchase, they have thought of everything that could make your stay comfortable. It is just a few doors down from a grocery store and in an area with lots of shops & restaurants. We would definitely stay here again, highly recommend it!

We didn't really have any complaints. One small issue was that our last morning, some guests allowed their children to run around making a lot of noise but it wasn't that big of an issue.

Staff was exceptional. Space was clean and perfect for our needs. Bed was comfortable. Shower had great water pressure and very hot water. Highly recommend.

No microwave available to reheat leftovers. Other than that it was a great place for a few nights exploring Munich.

Close proximity to public transportation. Quiet neighborhood. Room had everything we needed.

The bathroom was a little small (very small shower). There was a very strong smelling air freshener in the lobby.

Selan(front desk) was very nice, friendly and helpful. He made us feel welcome and we enjoyed meeting him. The location is in a walkable, nice neighborhood.

We visited during very warm weather. The room was a bit warm even with the fan.

We were there for Octoberfest. The location was too far for my liking to the train. We only saw someone there briefly and let ourselves in with code. There was a coffee maker but I never could find the coffee. Beds were comfy but room was hot and with window open street was loud.

Hallways very dark. No one to ask for more towels. No coffee. Too far from trains.

The room was small but clean and comfortable. The hotel offers self-serve coffee and tea all day and night. The location is great—about a 10 walk to a subway station. There are cafes and parks nearby.

It’s a small hotel and isn’t staffed all the time. If you arrive early or have a late train or flight out, you will probably need to find somewhere else to store your bags. We found a hotel about 10 minutes away that offers luggage storage for a small fee, so it wasn’t a deal breaker for us.

Nice facilities especially the shower. Also quiet and convenient location for meals and traffic.
