All the urban concept looks amazing!

The breakfast: all the pastries and bread were dry and old. No tea in the room.

The room was of good size, and it felt clean. I thought it was a modern, hip feel in the hotel’s decor. It was great to have a nice, casual restaurant on the premises. I loved the free coffee machine self-service offered each morning for several hours.

I had three adults in my suite. I wanted a second bed in our suite, but only a futon could be furnished. I think the best use of this room would be to offer another Queen bed at the other side of the room and not a futon. A futon is no bed; it is just 1.5-2” in thickness. It squeaked at each and every nighttime turnover for all sleepers to hear. People would rather be comfortable at sleep than to convert it and use it as a couch for daytime. If you’re using a hotel, you’re there to sleep, not to sit on a couch. My 32YO son did not sleep well on it. But a young child would be fine.

We were grand-parents travelling with our three adolescent grand-children ,age 16,15 and 13. We had requested two rooms close to each other,which we were given with no problem at all.The rooms were perfectly clean but unfortunately the sofa bed in the room for three was very uncomfortable . We only got to know this later , after our stay, so did not have the opportunity to discuss this with the staff. A pity as we cannot comment on what measure would have been taken ,if we had done it .The only other minor complaint would be that we could not get Netflix in any of the room ,and were told by the reception staff ,that the hotel did not have "smart" TV.??We had booked Bed and breakfast and the breakfast was excellent and value for money . A small problem with Breakfast room staff,demanding that we pay ,again,for our breakfast ,was quickly and efficiently solved by the reception staff,who were excellent during all our stay .Overall,a very pleasant and comfortable stay, in very smart and attractive surroundings

As said earlier could have done with a more comfortable sofa bed and access to non german speaking channels.

The room was clean and big enough, the lobby is very cool and creative. There’s parking for 18€ a day. Quite long walk to a metro, but for the money it is fair option. Overall ok

It is beautiful and stylish design. It was in good location. We traveled with car so destinations weren't a problem.Our kid enyojed paMan game :)Nice restaurant - with warrious dish options.I liked the candy bar :)Staff in restaurant and during breakfast time we're really nice and smiling. I like to see that.

Breakfast is 5 star value, very variable options, fresh and tasty!Complimentary candy stand in lobby!Fotocorner! Arcade games station! Air freshner in corridors!Sparkling water compartment in rooms!

No slippers, no bathroom compliments (dental kit/vanity kit/ ets);Cleaning service, at first day nobody replaced the towels and took away the garbage, of course at 4 day no change of sleeping linens, nonsense for me, even in eco and green hotels; vacuum cleaning and cleaning the wc was once, after kindly reminding and asking cleaning lady - that’s the only reason that my review is -2.

Location is not the best, but bus stop is just across the street, for U-bahn station need to walk 20 mins.In all the rest it is outstanding hotel, modern, clean, stylish, quiet district. Would like to come back there more.

Very clean and reasonable price. Friendly staffs and parking is perfect.

The vibe of the hotel was very unique and nice. Loved the arcade games in the lobby and loved the design of the room

The fitness area was extremely limited. The restaurant “Hans im gluck” was okay. I feel it could be better and the kitchen closing early was a bit of an inconvenience

I love NYX hotels, you know what you'll get at it on the top level always. Staff was amazing - we arrived a bit earlier and there was a free room already. Hotel is equipped with cool things like photo booth, apples, candies etc. Room is great, design, beds, bathroom, big screen TV - amazing. Thank you for being there :)

The only thing here is location - 10 minutes to the U3, not a lot of cool places in the neighborhood. We did park our car on the street though and were using public transport, so everything was good, but consider the location staying here.

Everything was modern, clean and comfortable. The stuff is super friendly and location is great. The size od room and bathroom is very good. ?

Parking was easy, breakfast was great, close to bus line. A/C worked well, rooms were comfortable.

The wonderful fresh orange juice machine jammed one day, but that’s a pretty minor issue.

Every team member, from reception to the restaurant, was exceptionally friendly, professional, and went out of their way to be helpful. Their enthusiastic and accommodating service made me feel genuinely welcome throughout my visit.The excellent breakfast was the perfect start to each day. The spread was extensive, high-quality, and featured a huge variety of options, including fresh fruits, pastries, hot items, and vegetarian/vegan choices. It was one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had!Finally, the easy access to transportation was a major convenience. Being located close to a U-Bahn (subway) station (e.g., Aidenbachstrasse or Obersendling) and bus stops made exploring Munich incredibly simple and efficient. Getting into the city center or to other destinations was quick and stress-free.I highly recommend the NYX Hotel Munich for a superb experience. I look forward to returning on my next visit! ?

The room was sufficient size and the shower had good hot water pressure. The ambiance all around was nice and the staff was extremely friendly! The breakfast had lots of options and the bar had plenty of space.

The bed was a little stiff, the cover on the bed would have been better if sheets were provided as well as having one comforter rather than 2 small comforters that did not keep you covered well throughout the night. The breakfast could have been a little better and the coffee was not good.

New modern hotel with large rooms and tons of amenities, including a great restaurant.

The lighting in the rooms is really bad. So dark and no where to put on makeup or put in contacts where you can see anything. The neighborhood is away from the main core of the city, but it is walkable to some shops and a grocery store.

Very nice room. Comfortable. The front desk staff was very helpful when we needed advice to find a local doctor.

A couple of the light fixtures did not work in the room.

Clean rooms and the hotel staff had a crib set up for our little one when we got there. Great location and walkable to grocery store, bakery and public transportation. The parking garage was an added bonus!

Bathrooms were clean but noticed some mold in the showers.
