Reception cleaning service They did not clean our room as they say they forgot about cleaning our room

The room is enough for us. The staff was friendly and helpful. The U-Bahn-station is just 3 minutes walking distance from the hotel.

The door of the bathroom was defect. It was very difficult to close and open. In the first breakfast the bread was hard already. The next day it was okay. There was no elevator direct to the garage.

Room was large and shower area was massive. All very clean

I was charged twice. The lady on reception insisted on taking a credit card payment even though I had clearly already paid via Booking.com. Had to phone for a refund when I returned home

Bed was large and comfortable and the bathroom was nice and spacious. Close to the lidl and Machtlefinger St. station which was conveniently on the U3 into town.

On checking in the staff at the desk tried to charge me 120 euros more than what was agreed on booking.com on my reservation. It should not have been up to me to challenge and persuade the attendant at the reception to honour the agreed price.The hotel does not do room cleans as a standard and you need to ask each night for it for the following day. We followed this procedure and asked for our room to be serviced at 11 am for the following day and when we got back to our room after the day out the following day it had not been serviced. We went to reception and were able to pickup fresh towels and some coffee pods but we couldnt get fresh water bottles or milk for coffees and it just meant the room felt like a mess for what was meant to be a romantic stay. Beds and towels were as we had left them - this is unacceptable for a 4 star hotel. The room service team arrived the morning of our check out at 8 am wanting to room clean which doesnt make sense given it was check out day - seems very disorganised.We had booked a superior room which felt quite small considering - the room was narrow with only space for one bed side table.Reception and bar seemed understaffed always had to wait to get the attention from someone.

The heating in my room was broken down and they did not fix it during my stay. That was very uncomfortable staying in the basement.

The room was very warm the first night, had to open windows but then there was banging outside early morning.

As a single traveller, they upgraded me to a double room. Everything was clean and as you would expect it. The location is good: the metro runs straight through to the city centre, and there are supermarkets and restaurants close by.

No complaints. The only thing I would like to see would be a kettle in the room to make tea or coffee.

No heaters in the room and no solution. The front desk didn’t help at all, and it was extremely uncomfortable and cold outside

Spacious room and bathroom, quality fresh bed linen and quiet location. Sauna and some fitness equipment is a nice plus. Probably used to be a quality hotel 10-20 yrs ago.

First got a room that was already taken, reception just gave a new room card without much apologies. The hotel feels like closing down any day, very random maintenance, full of spider web and stains. TV in room useless as no broadcast channels and no smart features either. Not even a water cattle in room and mini fridge is out of order.

Air Conditioner was not working. Our room looked like a sauna. We stayed there last year and we had the same issue.

A nice hotel with good location

All was ok except the response from reception which was very slow

very nice location and room. staff were nice and beds were comfty. the shower was lovely and warm.

bathroom is clouded glass so you can see EVERYTHING happening in there. the pillow was also blood stained but other than that it was very nice.

The location is near the underground train station

I booked two rooms with the same price.. one of them was smaller and the refrigerator in it was not working and hard to open .. the light also was not working and the hot water was missing.. The towels were very dirty and had brown spots on them all .. the cleaning system was very bad .. I must told them before 8:30 am and we woke up every day after 10 am so we don't have any clean rooms for the three days.. I have to make the chick out early because my kids were not happy with the room
