The room was dirty, there was an unpleasant smell, most likely there was smoke in the room and this smell was diffused in all things. The location is bad because of the proximity to the bazaar and in general I do not recommend this area because of the settlement of foreign citizens there

price- very expensive (500 euro/2nights/1pers).

People were super friendly, the room was well heated, and the location was perfect.

Nice staff is all this had going for it.

You have to cross through a packed open market to get to the entrance of the hotel. It’s very crowded and there’s cars in the small Market area. You also have to walk around the bumpers at cars to get into the hotel.I return to the hotel around 11:30 p.m. and there is no staff present in the check-in in area was locked. The front door to the hotel was unlocked. So anybody could come and go during the night. Also, the price was very high compared to other hotels that were a lot cheaper and a lot nicer. I did not figure this out until after I had already booked and paid. If you’re looking for a place close to the train station, that’s good but that’s about all It’s good.The pictures I have uploaded were at about 7 o’clock on Sunday morning when the market was closed down. It does not show you how busy that market was going into the hotel.

Nothing, but location near the main station although the neighborhood is not nice .

Neighborhood, maintenance, tv not working but that's all fine except the Receptionist (morning) needs to learn how to be nice to the guests like for example sharing back the good morning smile...

The location is very good.

The AC in the room is not working during our whole stay and the weather is very hot.

The hotel is perfectly located, with restaurants, shops, and the old town all within a short walking distance. Additionally, the staff are lovely and helpful.

The entrance to the hotel is unusual, as you have to cross a market to reach it. During our stay, the AC was not working despite the hot weather, so we were provided with a standing fan. Additionally, the safe was broken and could only be locked with a key. The breakfast offered was basic and nothing special.

location is really perfect ! at the center of HBF you can see places around like restaurants and stuff quite easy . super markets small ones are also closer. room was big enought then my expectations tbh. bathroom was also good

I just didn't like the overhead that came along with the room so I think first of all the breakfast was not ready to admit my expectations very very limited breakfast it was a cheap breakfast and other enjoy it at all it was really something that one would need just instantly but nothing to fill your stomach with healthy food I think the optional are very very less and I was like wasn't expecting this much low level breakfast where there's not a dedicated place for more guests to accommodate and it was absolutely no way allocation where you can still breakfast

Room smelled of sifarette smoke. Kettle but no cup or glass

Glad I found a room at a late hour.

The smell of cigarette smoke on the pillow and mattress is what really broke the experience.

It's hard to like anything when all 4 rooms had bed bugs!

Bed bugs in all 4 rooms. Told hotel staff on multiple occasions that all of our rooms had bedbugs, but they said they did not speak English and did not understand. Towels were really bad, thin, used and worn. No soap, or shampoo.

Location close to Oktoberfest

No air conditioning, very noisy outside, uncomfortable bed and was too expensive, broken shower handle, and broken light.
