Location. Comfy beds, good shower.

No facility for Tea of coffee in room. Not a lot of space for hanging clothes

You get what you pay. Was small room but clean with a nice new tiled bathroom

Did not get a message where the key is deposited as there is no reception . Thanks to other guests they showed me where the key is.

The ventilation was very loud and for a small amount of time we didn’t have hot water, but this could have been a coincidence.

The breakfast is quite poor (just bread, cheese, ham, yoghurt, cereals, apple, coffee, milk), it needs to be improved quite a bit.

The location is perfect with the metro station „Stiglmaier Platz“ being 1 minute away from the hotel. Also, the room was small but it was totally fine for two nights and we even got a ventilator! The breakfast was included, very basic but totally fine.

I was disappointed by the fact that almost no one is around in the hotel. There is no check in, and the employees all leave in the afternoon. Also, a big disadvantage is that you cannot leave the luggage there as they do not offer storage.

-The floor was not cleaned enough. First day walking in the room, I felt a lot of dust particles.-The hot water to shower doesn’t work every time

There was no water during evenings, which was the reason that we called the 7/24 can-be called number resulting in no answer.

Mattress very comfortable. Had a lift - good for suitcases. Continental breakfasts were substantial. Staff helpful and friendly.

Maybe a kettle and coffee facilities during the day would have been nice.
