The rooms were spacious and with large windows you could open. Everything was immaculate. The breakfasts were tremendous and the staff ( most especially the lovely lady in the breakfast room ) were very pleasant. . And there's a lovely hotel dog, which wouldn't bother anyone.

Nothing was bad but a few tips to improve:The check in person did not tell me there was a common room where I could sit down when I arrived.Pastries at breakfast could be better.No decaf coffee at breakfast

It’s a newly remodeled boutique hotel in a comfortable business and residential neighborhood. It’s a bit further from the central train station than other tourist hotels but it is walkable with wheeled luggage. The street is much quieter than the places closer to the train station. Breakfast buffet is sumptuous and the staff are polite and helpful.

Recently renovated place. Rooms are comfortable, furnishing is really nice and useful. Location is close to Hauptbahnhof.

Leaking shower. Since there is only breakfast at the property it would be useful to have small fridge and kettle.

The hotel was in a great location. Very close to the train station and the Tollwood Christmas market. It was also easy to get to the centre of Munich using the public transport. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. A delicious breakfast was available each morning. Our beds were comfortable and we all enjoyed a good night’s sleep.

It was recent renovate and was clean and in a good neighbourhood. The personal was very nice. The room was nice and clean and we had everything we need.

Beautiful room, great breakfast, and perfect location - especially if visiting for Oktoberfest.

Rooms are not very well sound-proofed from inside noises. Could hear too much activity in the hallway. Also, cooling system wasn’t active and the room was quite warm requiring us to open the window and a lot of street noise.

Fantastic property very close to Theresienwiese and München U-Bahn and Hauptbahnhof. We have stayed here 3 times and love it more every time. The staff is wonderful and friendly. Each room is unique and well equipped for all needs. Breakfast is always excellent. One of our favorite places to stay in all of Europe!

Location is a bit far from thw centre

It was conveniently located very close to the metro station (a 4-minute walk) and the central train station (an 8-minute walk). The breakfast was very good and the room was comfortable.

Overall, my stay was pleasant, but I believe there is room for improvement regarding the cleanliness of the room. A more thorough cleaning would have made the experience much better.

The hotel is at a 10 minutes walk from the main train station and just 2-3 minutes from the Oktoberfest area. The breakfast was also very fresh and nice.

The room remained a bit cold, although we turned the heat up.

Spacious clean room with high ceiling. Staff was great and friendly. Location is good, about 20minute walk to main Christmas market but we knew this before booking. There is metro station close b.
