CORTIINA Hotel

Friendly staff, great room.

Shower makes a mess when you use it because their isn't a shower door/curtain that goes all the way back! Pretty minor, but that's the only thing. Also, it was kind of expensive.

We loved this hotel. The location is exception, so central. The staff were amazing and so helpful. We loved the fireplace, tea and cake available all the time. Room was large and comfortable. We'll be back

A little short on cupboard space

our room was beautiful -- thoughtfully designed and spacious. location was super convenient with almost everything on our list within walking distance.

we did find some hair on the headboard BUT the rest of the room was very clean.

The best location in the Old CityLarge modern clean rooms Great bathroom

Had to ask for proper pillows but once asked it was perfect

Upon arrival we were given an upgrade on our room. Location was superb. Staff were helpful. Good wine bar.

The service was absolutely outstanding. The restaurant very good. Lovely furnished rooms in a great location.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Brilliant location: in the middle of everything. Fantastic breakfast (though not cheap). Beautiful rooms

Superb

Bedding, pillows, bed

A lovely stay. Really great location. The room was spacious and quiet and had all you needed. The central location was perfect for shopping and exploring the Christmas markets

The flat pillows

the staff was extremely kind and helpfull, the lication is great and the breakfast very good and ekegant. also the hotel was very quie and was heated very well.

everything was very satisfying

This hotel completely exceeded our expectations. We booked the two bedroom suite. Upon walking in, we were impressed with how spacious it was - probably the largest hotel room we’ve been in in Europe. There was also an accident where I knocked over a vase at check-in. The staff were very understanding and happily cleaned up the mess I made. The hotel restaurant is amazing too. Breakfast was tasty and a treat to start the day. In the late afternoon, guests can sit down for complimentary hot tea and some desserts. That was a very much welcomed treat! Lastly, the location is great! We walked everywhere from there. Can’t believe there’s such a gem in Munich - highly recommended.

Location, clean and modern.

shower had no door.

Exceptionally clean, incredibly helpful and welcoming staff, and a good location

Great location. Very helpful and nice staff. Very good breakfast. Nice and clean room. We liked everything about the hotel

Very friendly staffGreat location - walking distance to Hofbrauhaus

Shower over the bath, difficult to get into if you have mobility issues

Breakfast was excellent, with a large variety. Coffee was very good too.

Bed mattress was a bit hard.

Spacious room and bathtubGym was great! Had more free weights and spacious than typical hotel gym

Interior was a bit dated

Brunch daily was awesome. Very attentive and nice. Spoke English well.

Elevated tubs challenging but keep with hotel style, key entry to room door with just 1 key was a challenge as we had room at end of hall very dimly lit and hard to see keyhole

The room was spacious, and I thoroughly enjoyed my bed. I had a great sleep, and the room was even bigger than I had anticipated.

I didn’t use many of the facilities, such as the breakfast and gym, so the room and everything else was great.
