    Pros +

    • Near to the city center and public transport..
    • The receptionists were always kind and helpful. A receptionist is there 24h/day, and that allows to check in in the middle of the night. The position is very good: 20 mins walk from the Hbf (central train station) and even less from the underground station. The neighbourhood is frenzy and active, just 20 mins walk from the centre. There are some nightclubs, restaurants and a supermarket nearby. The price is very cheap.

    Cons -

    • By mistake I left my I forgot the support battery of my hand camera and I requested them to please check it on it the desk staff assured me that they will update me later when cleaning staff will finish their work but till today there is no communication...
    • The room, shared with 5 more people, was a mess. The space was tight, and I could barely walk because of the roommates' stuff and the hostel's furniture. The bathroom, private in the room, was dirty, and it remained uncleaned for my whole stay. I couldn't use it and went to the reception bathroom almost every time. Inside the room, there was no ventilation and the air smelled and felt heavy. It's true that the place was very cheap and the problems were also a roommates responsibility, nevertheless it must be kept in mind when booking a bed here.
    • It could be better if the beds had a curtain or a little light so people could use before sleeping. The beds was a bit small for me.

It was a good hostel for the price I paid. It was very clean and organized. The location was perfect.

Dear Jo,I am writing this to express my deepest gratitude for all the help and kindness you showed me during my stay. You weren’t just a receptionist; you were a true friend and a welcoming soul who made me feel at home from the very first moment.Your constant support and friendly attitude truly made a difference in my experience. It’s rare to meet someone who combines such high professionalism with such a warm heart.I want you to know that I’ve already decided to visit this place again, and the main reason for that is you.Thank you once again for everything, and I look forward to seeing you again very soon!Best regards

The Asian woman who serves breakfast always asks, "What do you want?" Did you come to take the subway?

    Location ok

They say up to 35 years old but the hostel was full of 50+ years in the dorms

The best location! Just few steps away from the Central Station. Restaurants are also just around the corner. For it's price, our stay was very worth it.We'll be coming back in the future.

Absolutely amazing staff, special thanks to Joe for looking out for me! I really couldn’t recommend this hostel / hotel more, will definitely be back myself anytime I’m passing through Munich! Met some amazing people along the way as well, (including you Joe of course).

Location is perfect and hospitalizy is nice and kind

Room design and smell. Also someone stole my charger there while I was charging phone in the middle of night

Convenient location. Really close to Munich HBF and the underground walkway connecting to Sendlinger Tor.

The single lift servicing all 5 floors was very slow and rather cramped.

    8KierPosted on: 1-27-2026

Was lovely place to stay for money payed! Staff polite, rooms warm and cleaners in dorm daily!

Bar doesn't open till 4pm and signs said no own alcohol prohibited! Which is ridiculous imo!

    Pleasant

Someone was smoking in the toilet's room , we reported this to the main staff, they didn't do anything.

This was my first time staying in a hostel in Europe, and it was a nice experience. The mattress was very comfortable, and I was lucky to meet some friendly and interesting roommates. We even went out together later, which made the stay more fun and memorable.

On the first night, the other five people in the room were all men, and four of them were traveling together. They were very noisy when waking up in the morning, and both another guest and I were woken up. On the second night, two people were snoring very loudly — it sounded like a symphony. Also, it would be more comfortable if the lower bunk were a bit higher, as it’s hard to sit upright without hitting your head.

I loved the breakfast, the attention from reception and how tidy the place was.

there was only one night i wanted to grab a beer at the bar but this one wasn’t open.

AMAZING BREAKFAST, FRIENDLY STAFF, GOOD LOCATION.

I had to work and the staff didn't allow me to work in the lobby after 2 am. There was not a visible sign of that issue. I would recommend having beds with curtains for more privacy and sleeping better if there is light.
