Hotel Old Town

Breakfast was excellent!

Staff was friendly, except for one guy (sorry I don’t have his name, but he was also our waiter at dinner) who would not smile or even look at me when I was talking to him.

The convenience, the privacy, the quietness, the excellent bed and the breakfast. I loved the steakhouse.

I really don't have any negative issue with this accommodation.

The entry way is behind a restaurant in a small dark alley. Didn’t feel very safe for 2 women travelling alone

Very clean rooms and super quiet. They did have AC in the room and the windows were excellent. Very little to no outside noise. Very unusual for a city center hotel in Europe. Perfect location - step outside and you are in the heart of old town Zurich.

Everything was fine. They did have a back entrance that they wanted guests to use so that they wouldn't be coming/going through the steakhouse which is on the main floor. Not a big deal really. The breakfast wasn't huge but enough to fill us up, but they did make as many specialty coffees as you wanted.

Breakfast was great. Location was the reason we chose it and that is the best reason to stay here. Right in the heart of Old Towne.

Room was small and expensive.

Excellent location close to the train station and among the old town attractions making it very walkable. The breakfast was hearty and the coffee excellent. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

AC was very nice, breakfast was fair, room size was good.

The location and proximity to the train station was good as was breakfast.

It’s a combination restaurant and hotel where access to the hotel is via the back door to the restaurant and steps up to the elevator.

Location was perfect, the room was okay but could of done with a couple of luggage racks to place your bags on Breakfast was standard cereal, toast, boiled eggs and scramble eggs

Room not serviced at all for the 4 nights stay.When coming and going from Hotel you had to use the back door to the alleyway

Not friendly staff even before we discussed changing dates. We changed our flight home by one day and asked 24 hours ahead of the new checkout time we would like to see if there could be any amount of refund. Even if it was for the breakfast we had prepaid for and wouldn't even be there for it. They would not budge.

Is a small hotel with only 12 room. Does not have a lobby and the entrance is through a restaurant which close at 11 PM. To get to elevator you have to go through the back door of the restaurant.The back door entrance is next to garbage bin. The room is very small for a superior room, just about 3 feet around the bed to walk. Breakfast is just the basics. The only good thing about the hotel is the location.

Cant reach them, cant get the invoice, no communication channels !!!

Location is great, right in the middle of old town where there are tons of shops, food, cafes, bars. It is where the action is at night. The breakfast was the best of the week with the usual sliced meets, cheeses, and breads, but it also had scrambled eggs. We were able to leave our bags after we checked out for the day at no extra cost.

Safety and WiFi was promised. WiFi merely worked and there was no safety. The staff was cold and facts only - not really welcoming or warm.

Central location. Air conditioning. Clean. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Good restaurant. Proximity to train station.

First time to Switzerland. Surprised to discover that you checked in through the restaurant. Room a little small but that's normal. There is a separate door in the back that they prefer you to use once checked in.
