Staff made this hotel a true pleasure to stay. Breakfast was served with personal care by staff member Janna, and we had a warm welcome and great conversation with front of house staff member Lisa. We appreciate the efforts of the staff who made our stay exceptional.
Room was nice and a good size. The location and restaurant were so great! Dinner was fantastic and for breakfast they had some of the best baked goods I had on the whole trip!

Great location for walking to different parts of the new and old city, comfortable good-sized room, good continental breakfast included plus omelet/egg offering on request, superb staff/customer service from Lisa and Noya at the desk, and Luc at the bar/restaurant. Would stay again.

Location was amazing, the staff were friendly and very helpful and the breakfast was wonderful.
The pillows were a little bit lumpy, and the quality of the shampoo and conditioner were terrible but other than that, everything was fantastic.

Location was very close to good restaurants and shops. Trams and buses were very close and easy to access. Breakfast and staff were super! Room was very cute and clean! Beds were comfy.

Easy walk to train connections. Maybe 10-15’ walk one direction to altstadt (old town) and same in the other to chinese gardens. The prepaid breakfasts were really good: omelettes were perfectly cooked and the coffee was so tasty and smooth. The room was sizable and comfy. Staff was very friendly and courteous.

Hotel Europe is in a lovely quiet location within a few minutes of the lake, train station and lots of restaurants and shopping. Clean, responsive staff, and great restaurant.
