Great location in preferred Seefeld neighborhood in Zürich. Within 1min from a tram station, 10min (walking) from the lake, 5min from Coop (groceries) and various bakeries. Large 2-bedroom apartment with 2 baths with plenty of space for a family of 4. Very clean.

Our apartment was on the 1st floor (2nd floor by US counting) with a bedroom facing a side street but it was surprisingly noisy in the morning (street and tram noise). Not completely unexpected but we've been in more quiet apartments along the same street in close proximity.

We come here multiple times a year. Very clean great location, staff is very communicative

Property is great. A little bit more toilet paper and dishwasher tabs would be great, we usually stay more than 3 days so we end up buying more.

The apartment is large, spacious, and clean. There is a tram stop right below the building, and the location is great in a nice area..

‏The only thing that bothered me was an unpleasant smell in the living room

The location is great, very easy to get anywhere by tram or bus, the stop is just near the building. Coop supermarket in 200 m.The appartment was warm and cozy, with blinds to restrict the street lights. The checking process was fully automated and all info was provided by email and messages.

Some of the windows was not closed tight, seems like due to the ventilation. Because of that the floor temperature in the kitchen were cooler than in other rooms.

It was very clean and spacious.the management easily answer my inquiries via email. The price is well worth it.

The elevator was super tiny and could barely fit 2 people with small bags.

Noisy area and because we had to have the windows open due to the warm weather, it was a little much.

Very comfortable stay, spacious bedrooms and living room. Well equipped kitchen. Location is also great - right next to a tram and bus station, and very close to the city centre. Great restaurants, children playgrounds and a public bath off Lake Zurich at a walkable distance.

Nothing not to like

Location was close to city centre. You could take the tram.Apartment was clean and tidy.

The beds were not very comfortable..pillows were too thin. We didn't get good sleep as The noise from tram and road kept us awake.

The property is located in a great location near almost everything. Very clean and the self check in and out are very easy and convenient. The whole apartment was very clean and spacious

The stove didn’t work:( but was sorted out in a 1 phone call. Someone came by to replace it

Bathroom and kitchen little bit small

Very Good location for trains, buses and trams. 10 to 15 minutes on public transport to the city centre. Very spacious 1 bedroom apartment with a well equipped kitchen. Very clean and lots of storage. The apartment appears quite new. There is a small lift available. There are 2 Coops on either side for grocery shopping. Checking in was online via a computer terminal on the ground floor. This was easy and straightforward. We had a great stay here and would recommend this place. They had some salt, pepper, coffee pods, tea, dishwasher tablets, towels, so very handy for when you reach there.

No toaster.

Location

They tried to charge us by stating that we failed to clean the property, especially throwing out the trash, before we left. We usually make everything tidy before we leave in anywhere we stay -- folding bedding, putting things back, and etc. We were NOT aware that we had to throw away all the trash before we depart!!!!!There were no staff coming to clean our room during our entire stay (6 days!).

The location was excellent for our needs. Very clean and safe. Umbrella was a nice touch!Bakery and grocery store located just blocks away.

I would not describe the furnishings as cozy but utilitarian. The sofa was not comfortable or inviting to sit on but my daughter was happy with the sofa bed!The pillows in the bedroom were flat and unsupportive and bathroom lighting could be brighter.

Great apartment, very comfortable, well equipped, great location, easy self check in.
