Greulich Design & Boutique Hotel

The staff were excellent. They assisted me and my wife with luggage storage and suggestions for navigating Zurich. Please thank them for the excellent service.

This hotel is super lovely, there are a few hidden "easter eggs" in the room that excite you when you discover them, this truly is a "design" hotel! The location is very convenient with the main station and plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

The hotel doesn't have a gym, so we had to get day passes for the gym nearby. Also, the breakfast wasn't over the top amazing, so it's definitely a better idea to eat out and check out a few of the local bakeries instead.

Nice location. Friendly staff.bed was OK, not too soft, not great either. We had an extra bed which was firmer than main bed.

Shower is in a tight spot, door opens outward into the toilet area and you need to leave the floor towel in the toilet. Not a very comfortable situation.Generally the room was only good for staying one night.

Futuristic design. Very clean.

No AC so it might be hot in the room in summer

We stayed only for one night before a flight out of Zurich. Convenient location, secure. Beautifully designed. Hip restaurant attached to the hotel (though was closed for the season when we visited). comfortable beds.

Lovely boutique design hotel with a very comfortable bed & natural cosmetics, friendly staff, super clean, we did not have breakfast this time as we were in Zurich for the new years party... Booked a late check-out instead..

Great location regarding what we wanted to visit in Zurich, having a parking spot (even if it was not for free) was really nice, the architecture and originality of the hotel was great. We also had the possibility to borrow 4 bikes for free, which was great to ride around the city.

We loved the concept, in the photo we only see the blue building but the rooms are not in this building, the rooms are in a yard so it gives a holiday vacation vibe, we really loved this.We were traveling with our dog, the staff was very friendly to him (he is a very big dog, so it was really nice), there are a lot of trees just a few meters away from the hotel.Nearby there are tram stations and a train station so we didn’t have to use our car, it really helps for visiting Zurich.

It is just a small detail, maybe add some curtains to the windows near the ceiling, in summer the sun is up very early and it can be very sunny in the room.

An interesting hotel, attached to a restaurant. Comfortable bed, slippers, very good natural cosmetics and tea in the room. The breakfast is big with a variety of sweet and salty products. Walking distance from the main station, but also a tram stop around the corner.

Weird solution to have a window in the ceiling, there is too much light in the room early in the morning. Would be nice to have an iron.

Earlier check in. Friends room was not ready by 3pm.semi transparent bathroom-bedroom separation.

The staff was lovely and helpful. Very clean rooms and lovely hidden courtyard. Very quiet. If you are going to the stadium, 12 mins walk in a straight line.

If you like to sleep in the dark, bring eye cover as the light comes in to the upper windows in the morning.

Easy access from the train station and to the city center and the lake.Welcoming staff,excellently explained everything about our stay,we checked in earlier which was very convinient.A different aspect of hotel which i liked very much,comfortable and ergonomic room and bathroom.The fan and the radio were nice touches,the breakfast was satisfying.We enjoyed our stay very much.

A refrigerator is needed especially in summer and i would prefer omelette or scrambled eggs in breakfast instead of boiled eggs but this is a matter of taste.

Well designed hotel with plenty of amenities matching the 'boutique' price. Access to internal courtyard, Breakfast was delicious and nicely presented. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Free bicycle rental.

Window with visual to look out is a little small but the access to courtyard made up to it. Plus there are other windows to allow the natural light in so it doesn't feel to restrictive.

The hotel was very reasonably priced. Although not in the city centre, it takes no time at all to get into the centre by bus.

We didn’t like the restaurant. It didn’t seem to fit with the hotel. If you’re in the bath, you can’t reach the soap dispenser.

The toilet has no door (only a bathtub curtain) so you literally in the room when you do your stuff… that is the only downside I found

Great location, lovely birch trees, friendly staff, and the Occitane toiletries were a very nice touch!
