self cooking ready, new everything and clean, located near bus stop.

Not fully ready to run the hotel since just opened business. No clothepress in room and any hooks on the wall. We had 4 nights stay in hotel, no room clean services at all. The room temperature was unable changed w/o air condition.

The beds are very nice with a good view from the room (luck). It was very clean and everything was set.

Parking costs 30chf for a day which is quite steep. The worst thing i have ever seen was that if you wanted to use kitchen utilities luke pans utensils cups, you had to pay 20 chf A DAY... Unreal from them to do that. Overall okay, but wouldn't book it again.

The staff in the reception

The apartment is advertised as having a kitchen, but upon arrival there are no kitchen utensils or equipment available. You are required to pay an additional 20 CHF at reception to obtain basic kitchen materials, which makes the kitchen essentially unusable without extra cost.I also came across some unusual rules stating that if you lose your key card, you must pay a 100 CHF replacement fee !!!

Location and neighborhood was great, easy to get into the city. It was clean.

The first room we were assigned smelled of smoke, but they gave us a replacement room that didnt smell as much of smoke. The rooms have adjacent balkonies where smoking is allowed and often that seeps in, so we couldn’t have the windows open at night or it would smell. The whole building and hallways smelled of smoke too. You could also hear noises from next door rooms (including party noises) through the vents. Some furniture was very worn, some bathrooms appliances falling apart. It said it included WIFI, but it rarely worked when we tried to use it (only a few times during the day, never in evening/at night when we wanted to use it to plan trips or watch something on our devices.) All those things put together made us feel like we didn’t get much value for our money. It was more of a bare minimum than a truly comfortable stay.

the room has a balcony with a nice garden view which is surely enjoyable especially in the morning while having coffee during spring to summer, sadly we were here during autumn almost winter.

I forgot key in the room, the staff asked me 15€ for opening the room and I must be to paid

We had two rooms connected with each other, so we had 2 TVs, 2 refrigerators and 2 balconies. The beds were comfortable enough.

There were no kitchen utensils, I understand that you may borrow them for an additional fee. Unfortunately, the electric sockets were a bit different, which requires additional adapter, which is not provided by the hotel, but you can purchase it in the wending machine downstairs. That bit was annoying.

Clean bed and bathroom. Looked modern. Had a kitchen but no cooking pots or pans. The guy at the front desk was super nice.

It was not a convenient location to anything. This was my backup location and I only stayed one night. Also, I could hear a couple in one of the adjoining rooms just going at it in a really ugly way. The walls are thin.

Good location

Private parking need to pay money to stay over night , but when I read on Booking description , it included Private parking before . I spend long time to reach Zurich in the evening and how can I get parking slot from Public for free . The description from this Apartment is not correct , it tries to trick the traveler. 29 CHF for private parking is expensive. About the room, I am unlucky to get in the room with the window can not open to get fresh air at night, the fridge is not working properly, I put the drink in frozen slot , after 2 hours the drink is not cold .

Very pleasant stay. Clean room, quiet atmosphere and friendly staff. I am very satisfied and recommend it.

I checked out leaving some clothes in wardrobe. I tried to sent msg to the staff, but they were not responsive. I called eventually, but they only said there was nothing without any further words.

We booked an apartment with 2 double beds- we received an apartment with only one bad - there were multiple cigarette burn holes in the curtain and also burn marks on the sink in the bathroom- the photos on the website are extremely deceiving.We seek a refund please

The host was very responsive and friendly! It was great to have this kind of service arriving late in the evening, no added stress to my long trip!

Bare, basic and poor facilities. Everything at a surcharge from cutlery for 20 + parking 30. overpriced . No possibility to regulate temperature

Location is good

Bathroom was not in good condition, the storage below washbasin was broken, spoiled. Kitchen is available but it takes very long time to heat a glass of water.Rooms are very compact.Do not go for basement room, it feels claustrophobic and no ventilation.

Rooms are very clean and wide open. Staff were friendly. Location was good because the restaurants were close to the property.

The room is a decent size, there is a medium-sized TV, a big bed, and a decently-sized bathroom. The sink area is a little small.The location has good public transit access. It is in a relatively quiet area with good access to the city centre as well as some of the suburbs.The building looks nice and has very good soundproofing.The staff were professional and friendly.

The room was very hot, and I could not control the temperature. There is a thermostat of some sort near the door, however, this did not seem to make any difference. I would leave my balcony door open (this was during January when it's quite cold outside) just to cool the room down a bit. I asked about this at the front desk, and they said maintenance would take a look that day, but that night and the following day, the room was still quite hot. I would wake up at night because the room was at least 25 or 26°C.The cleanliness isn't the best.The lighting is a bit dim and requires a card to be inserted near the door.The rental system for the kitchen area is odd, and the kitchen area is quite limited.The shower is separated from the bedroom area by semi-translucent glass, so this will be a little awkward if you stay with a friend.The soap provided was not very good, and there was no shampoo. Bring your own.My bed's headboard was loose.There is a church nearby that rings its bells quite loudly for a few minutes.
