Customer service at the hotel is friendly and helpful when asking questions and also liked the fruit that available throughout the day and the free mini bar with free water, Pepsi and beer.

The hotel is in the old part of the city so the radiator heater in the hotel room despite being on max the room was still a bit cold.

Location of the hotel is good.

Heating system within the hotel had malfunction and room was cold. The receptionist told that she cannot do anything because couldn't reach to manager and we need to sleep in cold, if needed can provide extra blankets also a tiny mini heater fan (literally small feet warmer under office desks to heat the whole room!)

Location was very good. It was nice and clean.

The AC was a portable unit with the exhaust hanging out the window. It often fell out and made that area of the room hot until I positioned it back out the window. Seems like a fire hazard.

Perfect location. 10 min walk to train station. Many restaurants on the next street. Within the old city so great for visiting. All the hotel staff very pleasant. Very comfortable room. But very expensive!The shuttle to the airport was pricey too so we took a cab to avoid extra stops. Would recommend.

Probably the location.

The hotel is old. Room is already tiny and bathroom is even tinier. Old furnitures and noisy bed. It wasn't a comfortable stay. Lucky it was just a night.

I was very happy with this hotel. The staff was first-rate! Friendly, efficient, and helpful. The room size was excellent. The bathroom is a little tight, and I was traveling alone, but it was still much better than many hotels I've been in that have such great locations in "old town" cities in Europe. I was here a week and never felt cramped in the room. The bed was great- it had the perfect firmness and was very comfortable. Much nicer than usual. The hotel provides fresh fruit in the lobby, and I was skeptical, but it was very fresh. I don't eat breakfast, but like a piece of fruit for late morning, and it was all top quality. It's one of those touches that makes an impression. The room was very clean. Even the carpet was spotless, which is hard to do. I honestly don't recall a carpeted hotel room that was this clean and I've been in a lot.Lastly, the location was absolutely perfect. A couple of streets away from the noise of old town, so convenient but quiet.I would DEFINITELY stay here again. Great hotel all around.

I stayed for one night at the Best Western Plus Hotel Zürcherhof. The room was small but had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel is very well located — close to the main train station and right in the heart of the Altstadt, which made it super convenient to explore the city.The breakfast really surprised me with its great variety, and the dining area felt very cosy.Overall, a pleasant and well-located stay.

My only suggestion is that it would be helpful to have a power outlet available for charging a phone without needing an additional socket adapter.

The room was airy, felt new and designed smart so even 3 people ( 2 adults +1 child) comfortably enjoyed the stay. Breakfast was the best! The best birchermüsli we have ever tried.
