The friendly staff and clean environment.

It wasn?t as visible from the main Avenue we had to turn around to find the street where it?s located.

Location was great.

There was water leak at the shower door, it flooded the bathroom. Breakfast is included but the food choices were limited. Pretty disappointed.

Good size room with comfortable beds and bedding. Fabulous location to tour all around Old Town. Breakfast was phenomenal !

One must be careful getting in and out of the tub. In the shower the water kept changing temperatures. One of the challenges was trying to get the lights to work. We never could figure it out.

The hotel's welcome was very good, the staff were very friendly. It's in a very good location for a city hotel. Everything is easily accessible in a short time. Shopping areas are very close by. However, the walls of the room are very thin, so all sounds echo in the room at night. This was an extremely bad experience. We requested two extra beds, but these extra beds were incredibly poor quality. There is a very nice Nescafe machine in the room, which is great, and the bed sheets and towels are pristine white, which is very good. But the curtains in the room need to be washed. The breakfast is very weak; I think it could be better. Also, the hotel has a very good valet service. But still, it's a hotel in a very good location for a city hotel.

Location wise - around 10 minutes walk from the main train station. Plus point coop city is just opposite. Got a free room upgrade and they were able to fulfill my special request for 2 rooms to be close together during booking and 1 of our rooms was available for early check in.

Staff were wonderful and friendly and helpful. Facility was clean and met all our needs. Breakfast was amazing.

The location was perfect everything was within walking distance and very close to the train station.The staff and service were outstanding.

The rooms are small for family of four I couldn’t find a bigger choice.

The location was great. I was able to walk to everything I wanted to see in the city and the station wmas just 5 minutes away.The courtyard restaurant was open. I enjoyed the meal I had there.

We were allowed to check out early. The staff was very friendly and provided good recommendations.

The bathroom is see through and requires that you request a curtain. The kid beds are fold outs. The room is rather small after adding two fold outs.
