The air conditioner leaked water and was a but noisy when on high power.

Very beautiful and stylish, clean and comfortable hotel.

It is clean staff friendly compare to Swiss people

No coffee in the room. The shower head was messed up can’t place it right. No view from the room just concrete. The pillows were not comfortable. The toilet room should have a hand washing sink. The space is small. It was expensive for what they offer. Also towels were worn out

Cleaning service wasn’t great and room was very noisy from construction, but that isn’t really the hotel’s fault.

The hotel is very beautiful and it is in a very nice location near to restaurants and shops. The room was spacious and modern. The breakfast was delicious with fresh croissants and bread. The staff was very nice and helpful. They kindly gave me a glass of prosecco as a welcome drink. There is a sink with drinking water on the floor where the rooms are located. Also there is a comfortable couch near the reception area where you can relax having a free cup of tea or coffee.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, room size was great, and the location was perfect!!!

I liked everything.

Central and walkable to River, restaurants, and shops. Pleasant staff. Easy check in and check out. Breakfast was sufficient. Safe with locked access to building entrance.

Felt more like a 3 star property than a 4. Cracks in the walls, cold rooms, thin walls, lack of privacy from our window, and lack of colorful decor.

Excellent location and surprisingly very large rooms. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised to find two bathrooms in our room as it was not even described that right when we booked the room. Could not ask for a more perfect location and every floor had sinks with the most delicious water.

OMG! It's a dream to stay there! The rooms, the location, the staff, everything was just amazing. Very straight forward with the info and quite helpful :)

Maybe the bfast situation ? it's at the Deli next to the hotel, but some of the was a overly done (eggs) while other was under cooked (bacon). It's like a buffet style but without labels and you're on your own for all of it --it was hard to get the attention of the people behind the counter (for coffee i.e.)

The staff very welcoming and friendly. Good location if you want to visit Zurich.

The heating in the room wasn't working properly.

This boutique property was located in the City center and easy to walk anywhere. The property was very well maintained and the staff were always cheerful and helpful. Make sure to remember your welcome drink during your stay! I would highly recommend this property to adults.

Very strong sewage smell in the lobby at ground floor and reception

Location was excellent. Room very large . Staff nice except girl who vaped in the reception area.

Bed extremely uncomfortable. Mattress soft and worn out. No support. Hotel staff called us a taxi to airport and said the set fee was 70 francs. Driver charged us 90! Just think the hotel should be aware of the discrepancy.

The room was clean and cozy. Property has an elevator and is centrally located to shops and sites.

Room was a bit small and had limited power outlets.

As a female traveling alone I would absolutely not recommend this place. The doors, like most hotels, have a keycard to enter the room. However, once inside the room, the electronic door lock gives no indication it is locked. There are also no deadbolts or chains for the door. When I left my room my door did not lock. I was able to freely open it over and over without a keycard. This is terrifying to sleep this way as a woman. The staff though were very responsive and super kind. They came up, looked at the door and agreed the door had malfunctioned. They offered to replace the batteries, however, I decided to cancel my reservation and book elsewhere. The issue was that even if they changed the batteries, even if they say it's never happened, if there is literally no way to confirm the door is locked from the inside this is very risky to sleep here for anyone, but especially a woman traveling on her own.
