My bed frame made lots of noise whenever I moved. The second night of three, there was a lot of noise from the bedroom above, as if the occupants were moving furniture around their room.

The hotel's location is perfect for walking around the historic city center. There are plenty of bars and restaurants close by, and even a small convenience store right across the street that's open late. The breakfast was great - lots of options for meats, cheeses, breads, fruit, yogurt, delicious coffee, and a few hot items like eggs. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was quaint and comfortable.

The window in my room wasn't very soundproof so some of the noise from the street below was pretty loud. Thankfully that noise happened earlier in the evening. When I went to bed I turned the HVAC fan to "always on" and didn't have any noise problems that kept me from sleeping.

I like the location, very comfortable room, friendly staff, and delicious breakfast buffet.

This was a very nice boutique hotel well located in Zurich. It took me less than 15 minutes to walk from the main train station to the hotel. (Of course there are always those cobble stone streets that give your rolling suitcase a workout). I appreciated the hotel had a small room that really worked for me as a single person. Very good breakfast in the morning !

Great location in the middle of the old town. Small, cozy, charming boutique hotel. Rooms are clean and lovely decorated. The restaurant serves very good local dishes like raclette and fondue and good continental breakfast

There is no minibar in the room. Bur we could store our stuffs in the hotel fridge.

Great location, good breakfast and really nice staff.The lady on reception when I arrived was super helpful and nice.Room was small - but ok for one person. Bathroom was clean and all you need for a couple days.10 min walk from main train station so super easy to get to/from airport and 5 mins walk to anything else you want to see in the city.

There was a bar across the street/walkway with people drinking/smoking outside till quite late and they were really noisy making it difficult to sleep. But this was only one night so wasn't the end of the world.

The room lacked a mini-fridge, however, the staff kindly stored my medication in their back office refrigerator.

Clean room meeting our expectations. Great location. Lots of people outside during weekend night, closed window and all was quiet.

Bed could have been a little firmer. I rolled to the edge (which was soft) and almost fell out of bed.

Great location for shopping, dining, river boats, walking. Great room. Staff excellent, pleasant, helpful. Pleasant walk to Hauptbahnhof.

Very nice hotel, extremely centrally located in Zurich’s old town. Everything is clean and the staff are very friendly.

The location also means quite a bit of noise. In the alley below my window there were two or three bars that were fairly loud in the evenings. The breakfast buffet was rather limited — you tend to expect more these days from other hotels.

Breakfast was fresh and rich, the staff was very polite, caring and kind and the service was excellent. The front desk staff was also very helpful, polite and professional.Location is great as it is at the heart of the old city and the train station and beautiful city attractions are within walking distance. Room was very comfortable, cleaned everyday and there was daily refill of coffee. Free and unlimited bottles of water were also offered and well appreciated.

Great location near the Christmas markets and restaurants on the same street as the hotel. Easy, walkable location. Staff were friendly and our room was upgraded. Sad to say we only got to stay one night.

I arrived very early and was allowed to leave my bags and to book in earlier than expected. It was a very warm welcome.The location is excellent for the old town and for shopping and is surrounded by great restaurants and bars. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
