Everyone at the reception desk was very helpful. The hotel restaurant is very good, the same for the breakfast.The location is great.

Helpful and friendly staff at the reception. I got an early check in and late check out for free.Good location next to Main Street.

Construction around the hotel including gym that is across the street in the building under construction. Breakfast buffet is limited and food is not very tasty.

Loved the coziness of the rooms, the design the staff the breakfast and the location. Not to mention the Nespresso machine.

Honestly the nicest place I’ve stayed in a long time. The staff at reception were so kind and helpful. The room was beautifully decorated and so clean. The location is also so great only 5 minutes from Zurich HB station.

We booked a double and single since we were a party of 3 celebrating a birthday. The single was somewhat small, and they upgraded it at no extra cost. They even moved the luggage themselves. Staff was very helpful. A nice birthday surprise awaited us for breakfast.

Everything was amazing , good value of money

It was a little bit noisy , and there was roads construction , parking was 10 mins walking distance.

Everything was great and even better than described. Our room was facing a courtyard and we had a very relaxing and good night sleep. Breakfast had a great choices a bit of lack of sweet cakes.

The room & bathroom were spacious. The optional pillows for comfort was a nice perk. The staff were extremely helpful. We were in Zurich during Christmas season; the hotel had a wonderful option for drinks outdoors with several heaters. I hope to return in the future to this lovely hotel

Location is superb. Breakfast is amazing with a great selection of teas. Lovely cozy room with all the amenities. The hotel has a partnership with a top gym right across the road.

The room was rather small but enough for one person.

Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing due to extremely poor cleanliness.The bed linen was constantly covered in hair — it looked like pet hair (possibly dog hair), which is absolutely unacceptable. The same issue was present in the bathroom: there was hair everywhere, including in the toilet area, which was very disturbing and unhygienic.Overall, the level of cleanliness was terrible and far below any acceptable standard. This seriously affected my stay and comfort. I would not expect such conditions from this property and hope management takes this issue seriously.

The location is fantastic, right by the bahnhofstraße where all shops, restaurants, decent coffee shops and Zürich main station are located, besides two supermarket!We booked a Deluxe double room, which was clean, cozy and beautifully decorated, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. The room was comfortable enough that staying in felt just as enjoyable as going out to explore the city, and the size was perfectly decent for a couple. The bathroom was also spacious, and the electric Geberit toilet seat was a fun little extra I really enjoyed :)The staff were extremely friendly and helpful from check‑in to check‑out, and they also offered a nice variety of complimentary fruits and drinks, which was a very thoughtful touch.

I didn’t really have anything specific that I didn’t like. The breakfast was okay for me, just nothing special, but worth mentioning that restaurant staff were really kind and amazing to us!

Access to the gym is excellent. Beds are very comfortable.

The air conditioning is very loud and must be turned off before sleeping.

The service was exceptional, especially Noah, who from the very beginning through to the end graciously looked after all of our needs. That said, every staff member was outstanding. I originally booked this hotel because of how quickly and thoroughly the customer service team responded to my emailed questions, and that level of care continued throughout our stay.The hotel is immaculately clean, the breakfast is delicious, and the staff are genuinely warm and friendly. Honestly, it is a truly wonderful hotel

The personel are great as is the location. Breakfast is good.

There was another room’s balcony immediately outside our room’s window.

Breakfast was ok, and the place was clean.

The reception service could be more attentive. I informed the staff about a broken coffee machine in my room, but the issue was met with a lack of interest rather than a helpful resolution.

Really nicely put together hotel. Great location, lovely staff & a nice experience overall. Rooms were well appointed, clearly a recent refurb, so everything felt brand new. The bathroom was a great size, with seperate shower & bath, good products too (Rituals). Breakfast was really good, not excessive, yet didn't scrimp on choice available. Freshly squeezed orange juice was a nice touch. I'd certainy stay again.

Only slight downside was what appears to have been a techical glitch. I'd changed the dates for the stay on the Booking website & this hadn't gone to the hotels website. Luckily the night reception team were able to sort it, plus a free drink to say sorry. In the end was only a 30 mins hiccup, yet could have been worse. So if you change dates on Booking, make sure the hotel confirms. Otherwise, only postive things to say.
