Wonderful apartment! Clean! Great location! Oven and refridgerator!

No washing machine or dryer like stated on line.

The room is big enough for 5 people, clean and has kitchen utensils to use.. The staff are nice and accommodating.

Location is good

The vessels were all stained and toilet too was heavily stained

short walk in to the town centre also some very nice places to eat nearby the staff were very nice to

the table tennis table was not ready to play on as the net was missing

Great location. Kitchenette was equipped.

Floating night stand was loose and tilted. Things kept falling to the floor. We forgot to tell the host about it. We're sure they'd have taken care of it right away had we requested.

Room was as pictured and comfortable. Small and on the one we got was on the ground floor. No AC, but it wasn't too bad with the windows open, but during summer months it might be very warm for those used to AC. Proximity to Zurich main trainstation is good - bus comes 2 blocks away quite often, and its a few stops to the train.

There were two spiders on the ceiling I had to kill before my wife would go to sleep. Neighborhood I am sure is fairly safe, given Zurich is pretty safe, but it does have a bit more graffiti than some areas.

Great location...could reach easily using public transport. Self check-in was smooth and the phone was answered immediately in need. Rooms were clean and staff was very friendly. The apartment has lift as well.

Rooms can have a little more light...other than that everything is good.

Kind of hot. Room was on the first floor so we couldn’t leave the windows open with all the traffic and people walking by. No air conditioning.

Easy to find, had a little kitchenette.

Not always someone in reception.

We didn’t like the property. My family didn’t feel safe in the room.

The room was located on the ground floor next to entrance and was very loud. The registration area is dirty, cluttered and staff eating in front of guests. We visited in summer and was warm. There is no AC but there are fans and windows. But when you open the windows it was ackward as they open to the sidewalk and people walking by are so close they can see in and could even reach in if they desired. No screens. Overall room felt unsafe and dated compared to photos.We determined best to get another hotel room and didn’t spend the night. As we had already checked in we were charged for the room, which is understandable but we had hoped management would appreciate our concerns and provide some credit. However management was unwilling and stated the room was as advertised in the listing therefore a credit was not warranted. Fair but it wasn’t a good experience for us and we left disappointed.

The size of the room, the very comfortable cosy bed and the pillows, the bathroom ( except the really tiny shower, even for small people ),the quiet location, the short distance to the train station and the bus station, the super market close by.

The tiny shower, the really dirty fan on top of stove( it was broken part but it’s still working), the people who are standing in front of of entrance ( laughing, chatting, smoking) our room was 125 it was exactly on top of entrance. We previously ask to have the room on upper floor but the manager said ( the double room your book it’s only 125, rest of are different. ) Strange to me .. but facts.

The customer service. She was great assisting us with our luggage. I left my luggage at the office while I was sightseeing the city. They took my luggage into my room after my 6pm check in. I loved the customer service. Keep the good work.

The bathroom and the shower cabin was almost broken. The doors were not adjusted correctly. Quite of unsafe to take a shower.

Hot water was nice in shower

Extremely hot, 2 small fans are not sufficient.There is a 60 chf fine if you don't wash your dishes before you check out.....

The room was pretty nice, the location quite central.

The checkin was not very smooth, first we had to call someone via phone which costs extra in Switzerland and then the staff took a picture of my ID and sent it to someone else via Whatsapp, which I found highly unprofessional and unsafe.

Staff was easy to communicate with and were available to let me store luggage when I arrived early. Area has many good restaurants and was a comfortable walk away from the city center and lake. Easy access to the train lines to get everywhere else.

Bathroom was below my expectations. The toilet didn't have a lid to close. There was a hair drier mounted on the wall, but no outlet in the bathroom to plug it in to. When the shower was turned to full pressure the drain couldn't keep up and the bottom of the shower filled up quickly.

Kitchen and amenities provided excellent

Bedbugs. I didn’t even imagine that such a clean property will have bed bugs. Also many stuff in the family room was broken and difficult to use so yeah would suggest to repair before putting it up for booking.
