It was on top of the city. We had a dog and wanted to be close to nature. This was a great option to be just outside but with a good tram stop directly down that was very easy. Great staff. Extremely pet friendly. Nice bar and restaurant. Great views for the price

The door had issues locking. This is a great option considering the price. There was also business conferences there and we were not able to get a table at the fondue restaurant. I feel like guests should always be able to reserve a table at least once during a stay.

Location!Great view you can enjoy better when not raining. Far from city center but quiet area. 20 minutes drive from airport. Room have everything needed. Breakfast good.

The environment is exceptional. Well designed and clean. Since it’s on a litttle hill, the view is fantastic, no matter on the balcony lounge or on the garden restaurant. Staffs were warm and helpful..

One downside is that the garage is a little difficult to reach especially when you have big luggages. And it was very hard to drive since it’s so narrow and curvy

Wonderful stay. Gorgeous views of the city and lake from the patio, excellent breakfast, and extremely comfortable room. It’s in a quiet neighborhood with good public transit access, and is within easy walking distance from the zoo and from some exceptional off-the-beaten-track restaurants (although these are more like 20-30 minutes’ walk).

Great location away from the busy downtown but within a quick bus or Uber ride. So worth the view, the peace amount a lovely garden and delicious food and wonderful service. Rooms are clean and lovely simple. And the view!!!!! I would recommend highly!

Wish there were screens in the windows to keep the bugs out it we opened them anyway!

Air conditioning is not cool enough for summer. Room is a bit dusty in some areas. Many breakfast staff did not speak english.

The hotel is beautiful and close to a forest with amazing scenery. The balcony is looking to the lake. The check in is fast. The garden is also beautiful. Breakfast was satisfactory with best fruit yogurts I had in a hotel. The design of the hotel is elegant and Rituals bathroom supplies are excellent. Only hotel with slippers during my vacation. Luxurious and worth staying.

Everywhere was clean but the doors of the shower had mold, which is normal for moist weather but it would be beneficial if the silicon on the doors changed twice a year to avoid the mold. The taxi service was more expensive than Uber, totaling 45 euros against 15 euros of Uber but this is not the hotel's fault, just writing for other travelers. In the night, there was music noise coming from outside but I do not know where it was coming so may not be related to the hotel at all.

The staff were helpful and nice, the view was beautiful especially in the restaurant or when you walk around the hotel and the breakfast was nice

The location is a bit far from the center of the city and there’s basically nothing around you so if you need something you would have to pay around 60-80chf for an uber (whole trip). The AC was bad didn’t even feel like it’s working.

Beautiful hotel with stunning views over Zürich, the lake, and the Alps. Rooms are modern and comfortable, staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is excellent. A peaceful escape close to the city – highly recommended!
