Large rooms. There are two apartments. One of them actually has a separate bedroom. They were such wonderful rooms.

No air conditioning was a bit difficult on the hot days

The location and view of the water is nice

The rooms are reeeeeally small, it¿s confusing getting into the hotel, and it was really warm even with the windows open.

Just about everything. Clean, great location, great views, heated floors, comfortable bed, good bathroom. Check in/out was easy and enjoyed the stay.

My only complaint is that the rooms are small and difficult to store lots of luggage in. I was traveling back from a ski trip so loading the skis and the supplies was a challenge. But this complaint is pretty common with european hotels.

So we¿ll located and so stylish! Minimal but thoughtful with all the necessities. I loved the ¿library¿¿common space as well as the outdoor space along the river to sit, eat, drink, smoke, etc. I was able to check in early too!

Room was small for more than 1-2 people but view and ammenties perfect I¿m

Location was great and our room was more spacious than I had anticipated! It's located in a great place to be able to explore Zurich on foot. The restaurant's food was excellent!

Staff and room were fantastic. The restaurant had the best meal we ate in Zurich. I highly recommend both the hotel and the restaurant.

Parking was only at the City Parking about 2-3 minutes walking distance, but you revive a 25% discount through the hotel, so not bad in my opinion.

The heated floors were awesome. The front desk woman was lovely. The lemon walls in the hallways were charming. The bathroom was nice.

The traffic outside noises, but hotel has no control of that.

My colleague's room was very noisy with the traffic. Needed better soundproofing. Breakfast could have had more fruit options.

In the middle of everything,closed to tram stop,just a 3minute tram ride to the train station

Old building, central AC you can’t have control of it, stains on the bed frame, low quality pillows,

There was nothing I love about it . I paid for a room that has air condition because of my medical condition. The air condition didn't work at at . 3 nights I complain about the air conditioning not working. We didn't get much rest at night time . I end up getting sick . I ask the hotel to compensate me for not providing me what I paid for . They refuse to and said the air condition doesn't get any cooler because the building is old . I spent around $1000 for 3 nights and couldn't get any rest in my room because the air condition not working. I will not recommend this hotel

Got confused which door to use the first time

Location near main train station was great. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Restaurant was very good. Nice little coffee area with outside seating. Nice rooms.

There can be some street noise with the windows open, but I didn't mind it very much.

The rooms were pretty nice , good central location 

The two main things about the property that need to be indicated are it is on a very loud traffic where the traffic noise is tremendous.  Secondly, the air conditioning is a mobile unit that has to have a hose going out through an open window and depending on the size of the room this can be quite efficient as in our daughters smaller room or pretty inefficient as in our room.area

Character, with modern feel, clean, generous breakfast.

Street-noise from trams turning. Ok if you wear earplugs. Breakfast offering could include more fresh fruit.
