The staff and their helpfulness

The noise outside our bedroom which was on the first floor. We would definitely stay again but not in that room

Location, facilities, excellent staff

It was very clean, in a perfect state, the room was comfortable and the location was also nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well.

The receptionists were so friendly and helpful. I cannot praise or thank them enough. The location in the city and near the train and bus stations was excellent.

The room was small and dark - even for city standards. I upgraded myself to a double as I did not want a standard small room - got one anyway. The one window allowed little external light in and the internal lighting almost precluded reading at night.

The AC in our room didn't work, it was a quite warm that day. The sleep was a bit uncomfortable

We booked a Superior Double Room which is more akin to a usual hotel room in terms of size by US standards. The room was great and spacious, clean and situated well. The hotel was located centrally and an easy walk to shopping and public transport.

Nothing we didn't like. Only issue was that the elevator was out of service on our last day so we had to carry our luggage down. The were diligent in getting it to function again but glad we only were one floor up.

Friendly staff. Large room for Europe

Very close to main train station, it takes about 7 minutes walking to get there.

The shower head was a challenge. Hotel was otherwise fine.

Very very clean. Building well maintained and staff was very friendly.

AC is not temperature controlled so it was warm for all of our stay. We would have preferred to sleep in cool 70-74 F temp.

Great staff, especially the front desk, extremely welcoming and helpful and perfect location.

I feel the rooms need upgrades.

A cozy hotel very close to Zurich HB with a very polite staff. Definitely try it if you need a hotel in the center, close to the station.

The floor was a bit squeaky :)
