Great facilities, clean, friendly welcome by hotel staff, met my request for early checkin and high floor. Great location near lake and walking distance from railway station / direct airport connection. And great Nespresso coffee machine.

The hotel was welcoming and staff very friendly. The room modern in decoration, very clean and comfortable. It was a short walk from the station or could jump on the tram, it was perfect as close to the office as a work trip. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay here again.

A bit noisy on the streetside, and the bar was closed in the weekend.

The hotel was Great I stayed with my husband and child and they provided an extra bed for us it was great!! We Loved the location just 15 minutes walking to lake Zurich and easy to go and back, also has some stop buses in case you don’t want to walk!! Also we loved breakfast delicious and nutritious a lot of options and gentle staff!!

Location great to explore central Zurich and old town short tram into main station and old town. Staff service was great and good breakfast. The beds were comfy and that include the sleeper for our 9 year old.

Great location near the lake and the promenade, the China garden and the old city center. Small and intimate hotel with well designed rooms in a nice neighborhood with some good restaurants close by. Very nice breakfast in the beautiful cafe downstairs. The roof apartment room provided great space for our family and top views to the fireworks on Silvester night. Will definitely return while visiting Zurich.

Very cosy place, very "family" alike atmosphere. Well appointed room, nicely decorated. Enough space. Very good bed/sleeping conditions. Conveniently located just near public transportation that gets you in 5/10 min to everywhere relevant for a stay in Zurich. Very good breakfast. We enjoyed our stay and when in Zurich we will definitely reconsider this hotel.

Lovely hotel in excellent location and with fabulous breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were the most comfortable I can remember having in a hotel.

Bathroom was clean and serviceable but a bit poky…that’s me being very fussy though!

Dry welcoming staff and allowed early check-in. Located at the heart of city and centric to everything, many great choices of restaurants on the same street (Italian, Vietnamese, Japanese, top branch and coffee place on the same street).

Small, very helpful and friendly staff making it feel personal. Well styled and fitted out. Convenient for city centre and public transport. Walkable to Old Town with ease.

Limited dining options and the bar and restaurant are actually closed on Saturday and Sunday.

The property was very clean and comfortable. Location is a great. The staff were professional and also friendly, truly great ambassadors for the hotel and Switzerland. Thanks to everyone!

Everything was fabulous, the room was spacious, the staff helpful and the breakfast team friendly. No complaints. We would definitely return.
