Pros +
- Clean quiet room, perfect breakfast, everyone was so kind, english and french spoken. Perfect hotel!
- Location and that the foyer reception and restaurant shared with opera hotel
- Seehof is very nice, the style of the rooms is very boutique although the rooms are small. The location behind the Opera and close to the lake is very nice.
Cons -
- Thin duvet
- The Seehof is next to its sister hotel Opera. When I arrived I was given a room in the Opera without anybody telling me, when I noted I was told it is an upgrade which was total BS. The Opera has a completely different style (not boutique) and the room was clearly a tired, old room. I complained and was then given a room in the Seehof (luckily there was still one). Staff was not very apologetic, seems they are doing this often. They said they will take a note that I prefer the Seehof, well if I book the Seehof I actually plan to stay there! Not sure I book again as I cant be sure I will be in the Seehof and finding last minute a room in Zurich is not always easy. Very unpleasant experience after a long day of travel. Breakfast very pricey at CHF30, I skipped in.

Clean, beautiful room.
Construction in stairwell.
The room is very clean and comfortable. Location is amazong, between the two parts of old city, near the river. Awesome choice even for the next stay. I totally recommend it.
Staff - fabulous. Clean environment with functional design. Bed - very comfortable mattress, soft sheets. Good attention to practical needs in room; well equipped.
No air conditioning.Room 404 was unbearably hot, despite the use of fans to cool environment.
Spacious room, we visited during Christmas and it was warm and cozy. The staff was helpful, polite and friendly. The service was excellent, the room was cleaned every day and the breakfast was very good and had many options. Made our stay very pleasant.

It was convenient location for Christmas markets.
We sat down for a light breakfast but no one came to take order or explain how breakfast worked. We waited but then had to leave to find food elsewhere as we were short on time. The room was too small for a twin share - there was nowhere at all to put even one bag.
Near the Opera house, central. Nearest station is Stadelhofen, but you can take tram 4 to or from the main station ( Hbf ).Seehof shares the lobby and bar area with the Hotel Opera. Modern, nice atmosphere, pleasant staff. Comfortable, clean room.
Only stayed overnight, no complaints
Excellent location
I ticked 2single beds on booking page but was double bed instead
Easy and fast check-in, staff politeness, clean room. The hotel is close to many shops and restaurants, train station 3m walk.

Clean, great shower, comfortable bed.
Price of breakfast. Price of parking rental car
Excellent-so well appointed and located. The staff were helpful and friendly. We’ll stay again.
Some small updates needed with the room (curtain hook coming out of wall)
Staff - breakfast - functionality of the roomGood location
Small room
Reasonable Stay and Great FeaturesThe room's decor was pleasant and inviting, creating a nice atmosphere. While the space was slightly compact for two people managing two large bags, the quality of the bed was excellent, ensuring a comfortable and restful sleep. The power shower was a great feature, offering a nice, refreshing experience.A major advantage of this hotel is the convenient parking option available directly within the complex, which added a welcome layer of ease and practicality to our stay.
Heat and Privacy ConflictOur room placement created a significant and uncomfortable conflict between privacy and ventilation. Our window faced directly onto an opposite office block, meaning privacy was severely limited unless the curtains or blinds were fully closed.Uncomfortable Room TemperatureCompounding this was the fact that the room was uncomfortably hot (unusually so, requiring intervention). To get any relief from the heat, we had to sleep with the window open, which unfortunately meant sacrificing all privacy by keeping the curtains and blinds open as well. This forced trade-off between comfort, ventilation, and privacy was highly inconvenient.Had our stay been longer than a single night, we certainly would have been compelled to request a room change due to this issue.
Location, modern and clean, good shower
View. Adjacent office building prevented me to have the blinds up.
Clean, Location and Very helpful service people.
Breakfast should always be included in the price. There is no reason to pay for it. Make an average price and include it!
Very well located, clean, very friendly staff, excellent breakfast.100% recommended.
