When we went to check in we were struggling to figure out how to get the keys, there was someone who came and helped us within 5 mins of us struggling. The room was spacious and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The kitchen was really well stocked with everything you needed to cook anything. There was a washer and dryer available in the room.

The room could have been loud at times, it honestly did not bother us too much. There was no laundry soap for the washer, we ended up buying it at a nearby grocery store for pretty cheap.

The apartment is very big with a lot of space.Well equipped and the owner is very responsive.

The table and kitchen were sticky.The location is very poor, near a railroad which makes the road very confusing.After the elevator there are stairs.3 light bulbs were burnt

Good location, comfortable installations, and easy check-in.

The sofa bed was not properly cleaned. When we opened it, we found bed sheets covered with a lot of hair.

The apartment looks new, clean and has a balcony with a nice view.

The bathroom has a spacious bathtub, but the windows don't have curtains, so I have to use a thin blanket to cover the window when I shower. My room is on the attic, but the elevator only goes to the 4th floor, so my family has to carry their luggage up and down 2 more floors.

Staff is kind and professional and very quick to respond.Clean and spacious though pillow has stains. With shared bathroom, washer dryer. About 20mins walk from zurich hb. It is good for families but do expect crying babies toddlers not soundproof rooms.

Not a necessity but they have mismatched furnitures

The location was nice. Even being out of the city center, there were plenty of options in the area and a park right across from the facility. It is also right by the Hardbruke station and walking distance (around 20min) from Zurich HB and the city center. There was plenty of storage inside the room for belongings, and the kitchen and sitting area was quite nice. The bathroom was also very spacious.

The keys were a pain to deal with.

Location is a bit far from downtown but its not bad at all

Clean and great breakfast. Lots of restaurants in the neighborhood.

I was traveling with 2 older people and there’s a few flight of stairs.

- lots of space, bright, lots of beds available if needed- lots of towels

- wasn’t properly cleaned from previous visitors - no coffee :(

Good, basic European apartment. Good location. Near train station and restaurants. Shower pressure and warm water. Full kitchen

GPS got us close, then after searching we found the gate and then doorway to stairwell. No lock box as described. Contacted Laura by phone. She said put message in Airbnb. I did. She came not too long afterward and berated us as if we were errant children. Rushed explanation of four keys needed. None were labeled. Very unpleasant! Had sent request in last two days via Airbnb that I hadn’t noticed asking if we wanted twin or double bed. We offered to remake as twins. Limited sheet options and “crunchy mattress covers. Washing machine available. Very noisy neighborhood with windows open.

Cleanliness , strong wifi.. with kitchen, washing machine.

Small rooms, no AC and only 1 restroom for 9pax?? ? and it's hard to unlock/lock the main door.?

Close to main station

Advertised apartments but it is actually Hostels. We rented 2 rooms (5 people) we had to share 1 toilet 1 shower with another apartment. The shower had mold everywhere. So gross. Old smelly food in fridge probably belonged to the other apartment. Thin wall - people upstairs were screaming loud for hours (use your imagination) kids had to listen to that too. Down stairs people smoking pot, drinking, puking, carrying on all night long until 5:30 am!!!! The area is not good. Zero sleep for us.

Too small, old, not what I expected.

The staff were incredibly supportive. Everything we needed was available. The place was neat, clean, and in a great location.

Location not too far from the grocery store. Can cook. The staff responded right away whenever I messaged him.

The room was too hot. The lights in the room were dim. There was no available plugs on the bed side, no extension wire.
