Cons -
- Breakfast starting so late on 1st January was not convenient. It meant I was unable to have breakfast that I'd paid for on my last day. I needed to get to the airport for my flight. I had to go and buy something at additional expense to ensure I had something to eat with my medication before I left, as I had to leave before breakfast started. I appreciate New Years Day is regarded as a holiday, but surely a hotel is a 24 hour operation. If staff are unavailable for whatever reason, how about having a vending machine or having a coffee machine? That way, people who need to catch early flights can still access the breakfast/service they paid for. People could type in a code, or use a token pr something. I guess I've wasted money on something I didn't receive on my final morning in Zurich. Just a pointer for future guests.Lack of staff available at all times. There only seemed to be anyone readily available during the breakfast I WAS able to have on my first morning. It didn't feel very welcoming to get there without anyone to greet, or explain the system properly. What do people do if they don't have a smartphone or the app? How would they get any relevant information about the door code or how to pick the key up? It also meant I was unsure what to do about checking out. Luckily, there was a helpful woman who was able to take my key, and issue a receipt for me. This was more by chance that I happened to see her than anything. Thank goodness I checked!.
- There was no dedicated bathroom in my room. There was a sliding door for the toilet cabin and another door for the shower cabin, with the sink being right next to the bed.
- There were a few stairs (maybe 5 stairs) before the elevator so that could be challenging for some.

Clean, spacious airy room. Nicely decorated. They had brought in a roller bed (which we hadn’t requested but really appreciated as I was traveling with 2 kids) as well but still had plenty of space for our luggage.
There were a few stairs (maybe 5 stairs) before the elevator so that could be challenging for some.
Everything: location, clean, service, breakfast, 24 hour coffee.
Great location. Suggest booking a "garden" view since there is a tram track in front. Very clean. Scrumptious breakfast.
Hard bed. No refrigerator. Room faced an office building so you couldn't keep the drapes open
The hotel has excellent location. The room was big considering the usual room sizes for hotels in Europe. Breakfast was very good.
Nothin. It is a rip off
The staff is unfriendly. The room didn’t have a sofa bed as described and there was no real bathroom. It has a closet for the WC and closet for the shower and the water sink was in the middle of the room. The air conditioning gave us Alergy me and my wife. The breakfast was very poor. The elevator is very tight enough for one person and one full-size travel luggage and we had to make many trips up and down to bring our luggage to the room. The elevator was six steps up from the main entrance and we had to carry the luggage up these steps to get them to the elevator. The place is not qualified to be a hotel. It is a poor bed and breakfast place.
Location and easy to self check-in
Shower floods into bathroom , which was clean but outdated and tiles need replacing.
It was in a great location-, a quiet street, but not far from old town and transportation. The breakfast was wonderful and the staff was friendly. The rooms were very clean and comfortable with air conditioning.
Awesome staff. Friendly, attentive, accommodating.Room size was great.Very clean boutique hotel with a cool vibe.
Air conditioning did not work the first night (E201 code).Error fixed the next day but the air did not blow very cool the second night (room did not get below 23 Celsius).
Very nice staff. The room was not big but the location was quiet and there were restaurants, bars, stores, etcThe breakfast was very nice with different breads, fruits, cold cuts, tea, fruit juices, yogurt.
For us, it was very good overall.
The breakfast was good and sufficient. The hotel was in a central location, the room was clean, and the complimentary tea and water were sufficient.
When we first arrived at the hotel, we couldn't find anyone to assist us; there was no staff available. Because of this, we had difficulty finding the parking area. It would have been even better if there was a minibar and slippers in the room
Excellent location. Appreciated coffee/tea etc in lobby during day. Helpful information re transport given before arrival. Excellent breakfast- served by particularly helpful, friendly and welcoming member of staff.
Location, calm, good breakfast, very friendly staff. Self checkin very efficient.
perfect location, easy check in/out. clean, relatively spacious room
Clean, comfortable and convenient. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Excellent choice at breakfast. Tram stops outside on the street.
Great location - close to train station, shops and the lake. The hotel staff are only on site in the morning - but the code check process in when we arrived at 5pm was easy & seamless. The breakfast was tasty.
We booked 2 rooms for our family. It would have been good if these were on the same level. In hindsight I should have specified this when I made the booking.
Great location near the Opera house Christmas Market. The breakfast was absolutely the best, great variety.
Check in information wasn’t given until you called at the door. Would like that sent via message or Bookings app on the morning or afternoon of check in.
Very centrally located B&B hotel just down from the Opera House which provided a good two day base in Zurich. The room was large, bright and very quiet, overlooking the courtyard, and the breakfast provided was excellent. Although reception isn't manned from early afternoon, the access instructions were clear to follow and provided in good time before arrival.
