Location.

The room was extremely dirty and small.

Hotel Hirschen is an absolute gem. The old town location is perfect, being near the main train station and having easy access to Zurich's efficient tram system. The staff is outstanding and ready to help in any way needed. We would stay here again.

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was good.

Rooms were small and noisy. It was very hot with no A/C but indicative of many European hotels and a heat wave was going on.

Location was perfect. Walking distance from the train station. Plenty of good restaurants near the hotel. The staff was very friendly.

The rooms needed a little improvement. The walls were pretty heavily marked up from luggage. The shower curtain was old and discolored. A coat of paint would help.

Amazing staff. Very friendly and helpful. Best breakfast I think I've ever had in a hotel. Room was clean and nice. Literally in the center of a really populated area and super close to train station. Maybe 10-15 minute walk.

Room was really small. A little expensive for the size.

Hotel was in a great area. Nice square 'platz' outside the front door. Close to the river and transertation. It was very clean and the staff was wonderful.

staff’s attitude wasn’t the best. Specially the lady seemed so annoyed at our presence it made us uncomfortable. And the man nagged my mom about her luggage “scratching” the floor… what did he expect? there is no elevator from the front door to the lobby, and she had to bring a 30kilo suitcase to the door with no help whatsoever. Overall the staff isn’t nice.

It finds itself in the city center. Very convenient location. Comfortable bed. No noise.

No common space to read or work. Breakfast room gets closed after breakfast time. Rooms too small however to do everything, especially if.we.are two.In general the environment is tight and slightly soffocating.Sunction systems in the windowfree bathroom.(closed) not working. Shower holder too slow, so suitable for people max 1.70 cm tall.

Very comfortable, near to public transport, can be easily reached also on foot from the station and has a wonderful location in the heart of the city.

Hot water was bad. Really bad specially in the middle of winter. WiFi was also very spotty and bad. The bed was tiny and the room was very small for the price

The room was small, old, and there was no refrigerator.

The hotel’s location was good, but the rooms in the pictures looked bigger and better; in reality, they turned out to be outdated.

The furniture and overall interior need renovation.

Clean and tidy. Fresh towels. Lifts to each floor after the reception area. Good buffet breakfast.

Steps to reception with no Assistance to the reception area. Difficut with heavy cases.

The breakfast was fantastic! The breakfast room staff were very friendly and helpful.The room was adequate and the beds, though small, provided a goods night's sleep.

You must walk up about a dozen stairs to get to reception and the elevator. The hotel personnel will not help you get your luggage up or down. Our taxi driver charged extra to bring our 4 suitcases down.

The location was great. The bed and the pillows were comfortable.

The elevator works from first floor and above. The room we were given was on the first floor right at the lobby, so it was too noisy. The internet was not good. If you leave your room, you have to leave your room key at the front desk which I do not like it. Because once we left our room, we came back and the room was cleaned without our permission.
