Five-star, central location - unbeatable! Comfy bed and pillow. Clean, fresh sheets and towels. Spotlessly clean, throughout. Friendly, helpful staff. Would book again.

Shower is inside bathtub and with curtain (instead of stand alone or with bathtub shower screen/panel). Tea/coffee-making facilities not in room but downstairs, at reception.

Somehow our reservation was double booked. Hotel offered no assistance or accommodation! Not breakfast, let’s put your credit toward a better room! Just no, this is Your fault/Bookings problem but the hotel knows many of their tourist reservations come via Bookings.com! Very disappointing & will be sure to share.

The location was very central and near the train station. No 10 tram goes to airport from outsidecandctram to zoo sldo

Cracking location in the city - close to the tram outside the hotel - only a short walk to the old town bars and restaurants - basic room but acceptable

Tea and coffee marking facilities are not in the room. You can get tea coffee etc in the main reception and bring it up to your room.

The location very close to the station and the wonderful pedestrian street that is very central to everything. Staff were helpful and friendly avd the breakfast was lovely

The hotel’s location was central and convenient, making it easy to reach every part of the city on foot. It’s also very close to the main train station and just steps away from a tram stop with direct service to the airport. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the guy serving breakfast really made our mornings start with joy

The breakfast was very good. The location is excellent and conveniently close to public transport. The staff was polite and helpful, and the cleaning staff were always available and courteous.

However, I had a reservation via Booking.com for a specific room type at a set price, which included breakfast, specific square footage, and a high floor. Upon arrival, I was given a room on the 1st floor at the back of the hotel. I complained at the reception, but I was told that there were no other rooms available. This was not right, as it did not meet the specifications I had chosen and paid for. I want to make sure my next booking in June is properly honored

Fantastic location, very short walk to Zurich HB and very friendly staff. Room was lovely and had everything we needed for our stay.

Location was superb. I used the hotel as a base for just 2 nights as we were travelling by train to the airport early. WAS PERFECT. I was NOT expecting Luxury. I was Expecting CONVENIENT - IT WAS 100% convenient and close to everything you need!I LOVED that you can get coffee and tea all day and night long. I LOVED than you have a lounge and dining area to eat food you buy! (saves expensive restaurant places in Zurich)

Not much. Maybe friendlier arrival attitude. But was fgood enough. Or room had no view, BUT was quiet. I was happy for that.

I liked the tea/coffee bar , and the lounge with the table and chairs was great, we eat at this several times.

The room is old and decorated badly. The hotel is so over priced, but Zurich is. I would compare this hotel to a youth hostel in my country.

The location was excellent - easy walk to the main attractions and very nice view of the river. The room was a spacious quad - nothing fancy but clean and comfortable - which suited our family of four for one night.

No complaints - for the price it was very reasonable.

Room was a bit too warm with little control over temperature. Noise control is poor as you can easily hear conversations in adjacent rooms.

Nice restaurant although we had booked in advance and when we arrived they said seated us up in the breakfast room. They moved us down when a place became available but not a good look. The room was clean and reasonably spacious. Great location.

Outdated interior of the room. Stools for bedside tables, no lounge chair and no tea and coffee in the room.

It's 5 mins from Zurich Hbf and very near shops and restaurants.
