    Pros +

    • Beautiful spa. Great food. Best staff and genuinely kind.
    • Really atmospheric. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The associated spa is wonderful.
    • Fantastic service and access to the amazing spa

    Cons -

    • No A/C’s in the rooms, gets really hot at night during the summer. Rooftop pool and spa was closed for “summer break.” Didn’t even get discount but overall everything else was good
    • Not enough air circulation.
    • The food was excellent but the menu was very limited. I was there for nearly three weeks and, effectively, had one of three meals from the limited menu on multiple occasions. That was a shame because the library (where the restaurant and bar is situated) is wonderful, the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming and the food itself was extremely good - just not enough choice.

Fantastic service and access to the amazing spa

Breakfast buffet and meal selection weren't great

    9YolandaPosted on: 2-4-2026

Loved the style, the facilities and the library and how books were everywhere!

The roof window was a little noisy and windy, maybe there was a way to close it but I couldn't find it.

    Nice breakfast. good lobby area

The location is not near down town, about a good mile or so in an industrial type area, we did walk to town center but took ubers most of the time.

the staff were Amazing and especially Leonardo who made us a special map with places to see and things to do. Also the breakfast and mini bar were amazing and the bath house was the cherry on top.

    10MichellePosted on: 1-4-2026

The breakfast was good and the spa and outdoor thermal pool were incredible

Slightly further than walking distance from some of the main attractions in Zurich

Amazing hotel with wonderful staff, comfortable and quiet rooms with a great view a nice walk or tram ride from the city center and right next to an amazing spa to help recover from a long trip. We got wonderful recommendations for restaurants and shops from the very helpful staff who spoke excellent English.

Loved the library and the room. Nice and large, updated and modern. Breakfast was lovely. Staff were friendly and helpful.

A bit far walk wise - about half an hour from the main shopping area and the old town. Beds were not very comfortable

    9GeoffreyPosted on: 12-13-2025

The service was friendly and attentive. We had breakfast in the library, which was amazingly beautiful. Easy access to the train station and the Old Town.

Lovely hotel, clean, quiet, good food and drink, nice staff. The location is also fantastic, just 7 minutes walk to my client.

The staff in the linked spa were rude, but this isn't really a B2 issue although it was an offered extra.Could have done with a better range of pillows, they were a bit soft for my liking but that's personal taste

    9TimothyPosted on: 10-26-2025

Boutique, tasteful and something different from an old brewery!

Banging noises at 7am in the morning

    10StephanPosted on: 10-16-2025

The spa and rooftop pool are amazing, so is the "library", service, food and drinks. Highly recommend!!

Coffee was good in the lobby. I like the house brand beer also in the lobby. Very nice and capable staff. Helped us call a car for the airport, which was quite reliable.

Dirty shower with non-functional drain, one washcloth for two people, no outlets in the second bathroom and insufficient number of outlets in the main bathroom. The shower is neither good as a tub or a shower. Hair dryer did not work.

    10JenniferPosted on: 9-26-2025

Everything absolutely everything. The rooms the tiolet in the foyer when birds sound as you enter. The books the books. The staff - Marie - Lena @ reception - welcoming efficient kind. Jeff - Karim and Randy extra ordinary waiting staff. Engaging helpful professional and very friendly. My friend and I loved the place. We will return with other friends and family. It is a true destination hotel. The rooms were decorated beautifully as was the buildings design and decor.

    10RyanPosted on: 9-17-2025

Excellent staff, very clean and great location.

    7ClarePosted on: 9-10-2025

The spa and rooftop pool were incredible!! And the location was great too, close to a station, a 5/10 min walk to the lake. The breakfast was also completely delicious!

The bed was really small but I think that may have been my fault as I had accidentally told them the room occupancy would be one rather two. The room was also pretty small and it meant there wasn't much privacy when using the bathroom (which just had frosted glass doors, that opened up about 2 steps away from the bed).
