The staff were incredibly friendly, the place was beautiful and a great location on the lake

The room size is so small, the room was incredibly hot even with air conditioning on.

Stayed at La Reserve multiple times. This time on arrival valet asked if I wanted my car gas filled, I agreed. Next day valet brought my car with obvious, visible, fresh scratch marks above my back left wheel (multiple big scratches, definitely against a wall). When I asked what happened and how we are going to solve the issue, they said: " our cameras couldn't pick up anything because it was too dark, only thing we can say is SORRY". And they still included 60 CHF gas fill in the bill (presumably during which they scratched the car). Definitely not what I would expect from a high class 5 star hotel in Switzerland. They said they contacted their insurance to help cover the damages, they told me insurance will contact me, (still didn't happen), that's not the point though, problem is i have to give my car for service and wait god knows how long for it.The wardrobe size is so small - if you are going 2 people for more than 2 days, you are going to have a hard time. Bathroom is huge though.Last time stayed for my bday in April, got 4 rooms for all my guests. All I got was a small cheesecake as a compliment and their normal welcome champagne.Hotel is not worth the money, would not recommend. From now will stay at different ones when in Zurich.

We had reservations at the rooftop and we asked the receptionist at the ground floor about the smoking policy and positively confirmed. We sat and I lit up my cigar only to be approached by one of the attendants informing me that cigars are not permitted. I find strange if not offending that cigarettes which are made of chemicals are permitted while cigars which are made of finest Cuban tobacco is not.

Only curtains in rooms, No darkness possible in the room, full daylight from 6 a.m.The receptionist was quite rude when I said I’d be 30 minutes late checking out : "I guess we won't have a choice" That is not acceptable to hearThe club sandwich for room service at 2AM is 2 slices of bread, 2 cheddar slices and one ham. One can not qualify it as "Club Sandwich"

Rooftop over crowded and no privileged access for hotel guests . No toothbrush or comb. Apparently even on request since I asked for it and never arrived

The property has most of the amenities expected in a luxury hotel. Staff are friendly and genuine. Breakfast was a nice experience every day. The roof bar is another beautiful place to enjoy a beverage while enjoying the beautiful view of the lake. Location is a plus for me because it meant I had to walk a few blocks to reach the shopping center in Zurich. I can’t say there was a single major thing that I did not like.

I traveled with my son to Zurich but this property does not cater to guests not sharing the same bed as there were no rooms with separate beds.

This boutique hotel in Zurich is the best place to stay. I thoroughly enjoyed every detail, from the luxurious room with a lake view to everything else. I will definitely be returning.

Didn't eat in the hotel or use the facilities as I was out everyday. Hotel was very clean and modern with nice touches. Staff were really nice.

Gorgeous hotel, incredible restaurants and truly amazing staff. My sister and I had a wonderful time - thank you!The location of the hotel is super convenient, a stones throw from Old Town, 20 minutes from the airport and overlooks the lake … WOW!
