The proximity to old town and the train station is such a valuable factor with this hotel that it is easily the best part of the hotel. Also the nice Swiss chocolate touch was enjoyable.

Very nice location, easy access to train station by foot on 5 minutes. All public transport means available nearby. Many restaurants in close proximity. The chocolate fountain was a happy surprise! Friendly staff at the front desk.

The AC was noisy and was drying the atmosphere in the room. The automatic ventilation sometimes was bringing too much cold air in the room.

Location was ideal. Room was clean and comfortable.

A hotel in a great location near the Old Town, with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. It has a chocolate theme, including a chocolate fountain in reception, which is a fun touch. The rooms are small, but the bed was comfortable. I wouldn’t say the staff were unfriendly, but I also wouldn’t describe them as friendly.

Rooms were on the small side. Lots of noise from the street outside, bring earplugs.

the location was perfect - close to city center, tram and train station

we had a room to the road and it was pretty loud so we had to keep the windows shut

Great location, less than 10mins walk from Zurich main station and the Old Town. Comfy rooms with all facilities you could need, plenty of space, quirky fixtures and fittings, and I will never complain about some free chocolates.

Room wifi wasn't great, could barely stream a Youtube video. Not the priority but it's always nice to be able to catch up on the laptop without glitching.

Amazing location, easy access to any touristy attractions. Hotel is new, clean, warm, with hot water and an amazing staff. All the staff was friendly, helpful and nice.

Nice place in central location with good access to main station and transportation. Pleasant room with all required amenities.

at first they booked us into. corner room which was freezing cold and I asked if I could turn up the heat and they said not until November but brought some comforters but that didn't help. I asked at the front desk if they had another room and they did and it was excellent. Marc did his best and we are glad he moved us because that room and bed was cozy and warm with plenty of space.

The location was excellent. We were absolutely close to everything by walk.

The reception staff were excellent. Answered all our questions promptly and made checking in very easy. They were also kind enough to let us leave our luggage in a secure location after check out while we explored Zurich until our flight in the evening

Room was smaller than we expected. There were 3 of us and it felt cramped with all our luggage in there too

Just a bit noisy with the bar downstairs and you can hear the bass until quite late.
