Hotel Bristol Zurich

The location. I was travelling by train and it is less than 5 minutes from the station in a quiet street.

The hotel had air conditioning, which was nice since we visited in an unusually warm time. Also, the staff were kind and allowed us to check in early. Location near the train station was very convenient.

A clean spacious Convenand comfortable room conveniently located for the railway station. Staff efficient and courteous.

Breakfast was a bit limited for the price (€16)

Great location short walk from station. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Floors above were a bit noisy.

Location and staff. Room fit family of 4.

Needs updating.

Excellent location, convenient, clean and good value. Comfortable beds, able to leave bags at the property.

Small bathroom

Very clean, nice with water and tea

A bit too expensive

Comfirtable for short stay and clean, but not luxury-level. Great location and friendly staff.

The parking lot is far and some of the hotel guest didnt park properly with no common sense.

Room was clean & spacious.

Breakfast option very less

The staff were lovely, very accommodating (organised a lovely takeaway breakfast for my daughter who had to leave by 5:30). Great location, close to the train station and easy walk to the tram hub.

Rooms are a bit dated (but still kept very clean)

Good location, comfortable room and very welcoming reception staff.

Very basic breakfast with no hot food.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great, less than a 5 minute walk to the main train station, 1 minute walk to the tram, and close to all the restaurants in old town.

The breakfast was sub-par. They don't even have a toaster, just a microwave which was broken. At least they had soymilk and vegan butter. The coffee was undrinkable. The single rooms are tiny, and the beds very uncomfortable. I had to rotate my mattress because the one side (which faced the room, the other side was against the wall) was worn down so much from people sitting on it like a couch.

The staff were very friendly, the place was very comfortable and very clean.

Great location, near Zurich HB station. Breakfast was good for the price of the room. The room is clean, also clean, no signs of mold—all furniture in the room is in good shape. Also, a small water boiler and some coffee are available in the room.

Wifi connection was through a VPN conection I believe, having issues connecting to my local streaming platforms.

Big room. Near the railway station and the river.

Breakfast is so-so

Location and price were ideal

Breakfast was average

Excellent choice for those arriving from main train station. short walk to hotel and super central.

The staff member upon arrival was exceptionally kind, he happened to speak Dutch because of an old family tie with the country (one of his 6 languages!!) and he used the language with obvious joy. It made me feel so welcome! The super bonus was that I arrived before the official check in hour (which was early anyway) and as my room was ready, I got to use it immediately!Room was very pleasant with an excellent bed.

The lady at breakfast was a bit stiff/grumpy,

This hotel location is close to the train station and tour zone. The front desk staff is very friendly, and room is very clean. Highly recommend!

Well located in city. Very walkable. We were able to stop out bags for the day until we checked in. We were able to check in early around noon. There were restrooms and a shower room available for guests who cannot check in until later in the day but arrive on an early flight.

The room could have been bigger for 3 adults & there was no vanity in the bathroom. No breakfast offered
