Quaint room and friendly staff with nice sushi bar downstairs. Toothbrush pack saved me when luggage was delayed.

The hotel location is fantastic, very central in the old part of Zurich. The bed was comfortable.

The hotel is positioned as boutique but it doesn't meet that criteria. There was noise late at night. The rooms were small given the cost of the hotel.

Friendly staff, allowed early check in after an over night flight with was much appreciated. Giulia was very helpful.

Location is a big plus (especially during winter, when access to Lake Zurich is not that important)it is a small boutique hotel and breakfast options are limited but quality and selection is good, staff is friendly and helpful

the building is old, but furniture is even older. there are no further services except a small room with a bed and basicsthe room looks very different from the photos and descriptions.Whole place it is rather basic and price/value is not in line...

We Never had the breakfast there, but the stay was awesome! All the staff was extremely helpful and beyond kindness (I feel bad for monopolizing their time). We will be coming back in a few years with some extra people. Hope to see familiar faces!

It’s next to several eateries and a club next door. As long as you don’t mind loud noise until about midnight…ish you’re fine. We wanted to go to bed earlier and found the people laughing and speaking bothersome. That’s their biggest negative. Wonderful place otherwise.

Excellent location in old town and easy walk from train station. Comfortable bed and spacious room with lounge chair and free and replenished mini bar and tea/coffee. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel is located on a pedestfian street with quite a few restaurants. It could be noisy, but bt 10pm the noise dies down

the room didn’t have air conditioning and was only equipped with a ventilator - the windows can be opened, but as the room gives onto the plaza, the noise is serious. Generally, a hotel should possess air conditioning.

Perfect location less than 15 min walk from train station and in the heart of Old Town.

It would be helpful to have better directions to locate it.

this is a fantastic property. our room was large with high ceilings on the 5th floor. it was so quiet even though we were at a main square in the old town. we loved the location and would stay here again. beds were split as requested and we had a fridge and nespresso machine. separate work space around the corner from the beds so my daughter was able to work while i slept. we did not eat at the hotel but had a very good coffee to go in the cafe. easy walking to the train station and all the great restaurants. our room had so much character too. would highly recommend.

we needed to do a little sweeping from behind the dresser where I dropped a card. otherwise the room was immaculate. housekeeping needs to up their game.
