Location, decor, ventilation.

Awkward access. Not clear in which code to use for access to building,

The overall vibe of the place was great. The ambiance was super chill and comfortable. The location was near many affordable restaurants and it felt safe to walk around.

The street was a little loud outside but that is to be expected when stay in an urban center.

The hotel was well situated, very close to the center of Zurich. It was exactly like the pictures, it was clean and comfortable and it had all the amenities one could want. We stayed for one night so we didn't get to experience the street adjacent to it, which is supposedly a 'sketchy' street. We walked to the old town and overall enjoyed our stay.

Nothing worth mentioning, maybe a tiny stain on the bed sheets but everything smelled and looked clean.

Everything was good. Delivery was on time and tidy and the location was great. Only the dishes in the cabinet were dirty. Overall, I will come here again. Thanks.

Room was very clean. Good location. 1 minute to tram, from which you can get anywhere.

Very small. Family of 3, nowhere to sit and lounge other than to get in the bed.

Loved the different themed rooms! The bed was very comfortable and everything was super clean. Loved having the Nespresso machine and a small kitchen area.

Great location, walking distance to train station. Spacious room with kitchen facilities.

May have bedbugs. After staying, I developed many red bumps all over my body.

We loved the self check in. The location to the markets. And the space was so cool with the artsy vibes!!

The terrace had a great view of the city

The accommodation we booked claimed to have a 1 separate (verbatim) bedroom and 1 living room. It was just a single living room. The TV didn’t work, there weren’t enough toiletries (only some soap that was almost empty), and a member of our party woke up with bug bites.

People noise around and you can hear so close. When someone open a door you can feel “is it our door?”

The location is excellent, everything is 10-20 minutes walk. The surroundings are nice and safe.

Ohh I am so disappointed( For the first time in my travel experience, I lost something in a hotel (or, to put it bluntly, I had something stolen from me). On the second-to-last day, I took my Kindle out of my bag in the morning and left for the whole day (the kindle remained on the bed as extra weight. I got to my room at 11 am and immediately started packing my suitcase, since I had to fly out early in the morning. By that time, the book was already gone or fallen from the bed as the second version of the story, but I found out about it on the train when I wanted to read. In the morning, before leaving, I always check to make sure I didn’t leave anything behind. I did the same this time - everything was clean. When I wrote to the hotel, I simply asked them to check, knowing that the book did not leave the room, but the hotel, of course, wrote that they did not see anything.Also the room was very dirty upon my arrival. During 3 days it was not clean, no towels were changed. There are a lot of dust and spider’s web around.

The location was great. Just around the corner from the tram. The room was clean.

The room had an overwhelming smell of food. We could not figure out how this kept happening. Screens on the windows would be nice. We had the windows open to get rid of the odor & my daughter got several bug bites overnight. The room was very small, there was no where to open our suitcases.

Easy check-in and check-out process, great location

We stayed in the Avatar room. The room has a small window right next to the head of the bed. It’s impossible to put up a curtain or cover it at night, so the room is never fully dark. The walls are thin, and the place is very noisy — there’s street noise as well as noise from other rooms. In the kitchen, there is either a leak or water condensation, with some mold on the ceiling. It drips throughout the night.

The noise. This unit appeared to be a converted storefront. The front wall was largely glass and it was quite noisy at night. (We were there three nights)

The room was really nice, and they had air conditioning as well!! (it was 42 degrees outside). The property in general was really good. Quite modern and unique, comfortable tho. It was also close to the main train station (walking distance) and a lot of restaurants around the place so easy to get around.

The checkout was a bit early, but not that big of an issue!

Very easy to check-in and check-out. It was a hot summer evening, so we greatly appreciated the air conditioning. The room had a cozy interior with playful decorating.
