The price was reasonable for what they offer.

Staffs are rude and unfriendly. Poor communication skills.

Just the breakfast but the service was not as great. The staff was a bit snappy and not very friendly.

The restroom was tinier than an airplane restroom size with no sink! We could barely move in there and it was disgusting having to open the doors with dirty hands to access the bathroom faucet.

Very close to the central station, spotlessly clean and oh so quiet, even though we were on street level - 3rd floor of the hotel facing a back street. Not only black out curtains, double or triple glazing, but roll down blinds as well!! Plenty of towels, kitchenette fitted out very well and even the induction hob was easy to use.

The water from the hand shower did not get "hotter" than warm and very weak. The top rain shower, however, did.

Great little apartment for family with our 2 kids sleeping on sofa bed, it was a little cramped with the sofa bed out sitting at the table and the fridge would open and hit the dining chairs. Clean and well equipped.Easy check in/check out.Buffet breakfast was ok

Location was a bit out of the way from the Old town, still walkable from train station and to Old Town, trams are available. Not much of interest or food around the hotel that we saw.Strange how its one building housing two different hotels.Our kettle in the room didn’t work, advised reception and we were brought another kettle which worked but was not clean, it was full of calcium and had no strainer on the sprout.

Close to the main train station. Nice enough space for simple cooking. Love the microwave to heat up food.Really good breakfast.

Water kettle was dirty - couldn’t be replaced with a clean one even after surfacing the matter to staff.

Poor facility with experience price bad location

Everything was wonderful. A spacious, clean, heated and quiet room awaited us as we requested when we arrived late at night. The breakfast was varied and delicious in buffet style. Adjacent to the nicely decorated and cozy lobby. They kept our luggage in a separate room on the day of departure. Thank you very much for the wonderful hospitality, we will definitely come back again.

The room has a kitchenette with a fridge, stove top, dishwasher, water boiler and an espresso machine.Breakfast is just ok.

Housekeeping is BAD. Once I checked in I noticed the smell of cooking from previous occupants, they should do more to make the room feel and smell fresh. There was no tissue box, they may have forgotten but there is no excuse, a supervisor should check all the rooms and ensure they’re ready. On subsequent days they did not make the bed, did not clean the wash basin in the bathroom, did not replenish the coffee and tea. They only change the towels. All in all housekeeping gets a ZERO.The heating system is not good enough to warm the room.Breakfast is just ok.Would I go back again? NO way.

Toilet smells terrible- Urine smell and molds everywhere on the wall and floor. I have complained to the front desk but the smell did not go away and the mold remain until I checked out.

Spacious room, wonderful facilities, breakfast was very worth

The apartment has all the kitchen facilities. microwave, oven, stove which is handy.

Our room was still not ready past 3pm. Walking from central station is up the slope and not exactly near. Hotel did not provide complimentary metro transport voucher as most Switzerland hotel provides.

We stayed at the Aparthotel Adagio Zurich City Center for one night and overall had a good experience. The location and amenities were great, and the aparthotel offered everything we needed for a comfortable short stay.However, the air conditioning did not work during our visit, which was disappointing. Fortunately, there was a fan available in the closet that helped considerably, and we were able to open the window for additional ventilation. The staff's foresight in providing the fan was appreciated.Despite the AC issue, the property met our needs for a one-night stay in Zurich. With working air conditioning, this would easily be a 5-star experience.

AC didn't work

The location was convenient, located near the HB (walking distance) and also there is a big lobby area to spend time with the family if you are travelling in big groups.

The cleanliness of the room is questionable, there were stains in the sink, on the table and the bed when we came.Not sure why we were given a room with shower curtains and hence it was difficult to keep dry (to our knowledge other rooms we booked had proper shower glass). The staff werent very helpful or friendly.

Unfortunately, the duvet on the sofa bed was dirty and, even worse, appeared to be urinated on. The bathroom also had a strong damp smell, which made the stay uncomfortable

All the small details failed, shower gel was empty, no coat hangers at the entrance, Swiss television was not working, BBC was not working.

Decor - nicely decorated. Great amenities and lots of towels for use. Location is excellent - very convenient to get to the station and the center of town. Male staff were excellent in service and attitude.

Bar (service attitude & lack of clear pricing), setup of apartments (elevators on different levels of the same floor), and a lack of proper communication (no proper explanation or channel of communication with the front desk. App chat exists, but no response after messaging. Pointless.) Pet friendliness is also a negative for those allergic to animal fur/smell. Rugs not properly cleaned and a strong smell of dogs...
