My expectation as posted in picture was to meet a very large bed to my suprised I slept in a tiny cubicle bed. It was too small I wasnt too comfortable.checked in late at night and I struggled to get staff to help me.

The property is clean and quiet, apart from snoring next door that you have no control with as the-capsules are next to each other .The property is pleasant but the highlights;doorsteps is the city plus the customer services is good too and the people in Zürich in general are very helpful and friendly.

Central and simple to check in

The bathroom was full of water all over the floor in the morning . 2 out of 3 toilets were filthy in the morning but ok in the evening .

The capsule size is very small, which makes it uncomfortable.

A common room to sit and eat would be helpful, the balcony was not always accessible in the rain

It's very comfortable and close to the city center. The beds are very comfortable, have a charging station, a little table and a light and a hanger for the clothes.

The locker is not included in the price and it wasn't marked clearly with the reservation. The capsules have 0 noise insulation

The location is great, enough showers for everyone.

There is a door beside the beds that has a patio. You are told you have a capsule with a patio but the door is always open along with a window and in the winter is super cold.

The experience was super positive, the location is strategic it means you can moving around the city easy, the place it is very comfortable from the on-line check-in to the check-out! The clean up it also fine! You can find in the bathroom towel and detergents for the shower.

The heating system it is noisy. :(

I have never stayed in a capsule hotel. It didn't know how it's structured. I didn't like it. And I will never stay in similar kind.

You can make checkout at 10:00 and use the lockers until 14:00.

I’d like to have some water in the place for when you arrive for checking in or in the middle of the night if I feel thirsty and can’t buy it. There was a bar with option to buy coffee and a small sink. But I didn’t see a place where I could have water to drink. Maybe it was there and I didn’t see it.

the lockers were far away from the bedrooms, i prefer them in the room next to the beds

Great stay! Loved this place and such value for money. Short walk from the train station and super close to a tram stop. I stayed during Christmas and was so close to the many markets. Loved the capsule nice and clean. The bathrooms were cleaned daily and towels were provided too which was great. The lockers are outside of the room and might be challenging if you have a big bag and your locker is on thee top but I managed more than okay.

Central location super close to most of the attractions. The property was clean, good for short stays. It gives you a spacious locker to store your luggage.

Nothing for the price paid in Zurich.

Barely Passable

Chaotic and unsafe with only one curtain to cover the capsule, people come back late and some are obviously not students.

The location is great.

The capsules are really small, they make them look bigger in the pictures. The lockers are outside the dorm so you have to go back and forth whenever you need stuff. Besides, there isn't a common sitting area, except for the small reception so basically all the space you have is the space of your own bed. The mattress was old, by the way.

Perfect for 1 night. Check-in and check-out process were simple and efficient. Good location.

The luggage storage and room was far away. So each time you want to take out something from your luggage you have to walk far. And I booked women’s capsule, but I saw men sleeping in the same room. Felt a little unsafe
