Pros +
- Charming location and attentive staff, easily walkable to local eateries, churches, and bridges in old town. Great visibility from rooms.
- Location, room size and the staff
- The first room I was in had an issue with the AC, once I informed the staff helped instantly and moved me to another on on the spot
Cons -
- Uber & Lyft cannot drive direct up to door of hotel making pickup arrangements challenging. Bathroom smelled like mold. Plum left out for us was completely bruised. Small room. Hotel placed a hold on credit card in the equivalent of cost of stay.
- AC was a bit warm
- The breakfast could be a little better. It was pretty good but maybe more salty options

Fantastic location, comfortable rooms, great bedding and breakfast.
Good location, friendly very polite staff and clean place.
The property is a bit tucked away and difficult to reach by car. Some taxis may drop you off a short distance away, so be prepared to carry your luggage for the final stretch. You’ll hear the local bells ringing very loud frequently throughout the day and night. While it adds a traditional feel, the sound is quite prominent. If you are a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, this is something very important to keep in mind.
The location was great, walking distance to restaurants. Staff were very helpful when we needed an extra bed made up.
the best location near Paradeplatz. 7 minutes to the lake with fireworks in NYE. excellent breakfast where everyone will find something. special thanks to the guy occupied with serving the breakfast, so welcoming. rooms are quiet.
absence of travel card. normally swiss hotes offer this to the tourists but as I was explained not in Zurich.

The room is very modern, with a lot of automation and you are able to control different aspects of it. The room and the bathroom were very spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable. Everything was so tidy and clean. Hotel employees were attentive and welcoming. They helped us with different needs, like setting up the visit at the Lindt museum and with advices on where to eat and visit. We had such a great time there.
There wasn’t a single thing that we didn’t like.
The location was excellent value. Very comfortable bed. Homely inside. Great facilities. Breakfast was fantastic - unapologetically Swiss.
The aircon/heater was noisy.
