The location was amazing.Friendly and helpful staff.

Rooms were a bit small.

Very friendly staff and keen to help where possible! Lovely quirky and homely place! The bed and pillows were cozy and comfy.We would defo come again!

There was a dodgy plug on one of the light sockets. The breakfast was not very value for money. We decided to eat in Roots instead, but this didn't devalue our actual stay.

Location really can’t be beaten. Beside the Banhof . Close to major shopping and if you’ve got lots of CHF all the high end shops on the Bahnofstrasse. Small room but fine for a night or two. Small lobby. Friendly staff.

Lovely hotel with a great bar at the bottom. Uniquely decorated and comfortable beds, felt premium. Very close to the train station, less than 5 min walk, and close to everything in the city.

Only issue was heating was set to maximum and couldn’t be changed, so it was very hot and we had to open the window to sleep. Otherwise, everything was great!

Good location.

When arriving, luggage was not safely stored.One plug in room was broken and gave electric shocks. I informed hotel, they never replied. This is fire safety, and worrying after what happened some weeks earlier when people died in Switzerland.

Location could not be better. Wonderful welcome and I loved my room. I've been there a few years ago and it is just as wonderful.Price quality ratio could not be any better.I'n not staying anywhere else in Zurich.

Too hot. Too noisy. Heard loud noise from other rooms.

the receptionist was very warm and helpful, the room is really nice especially the bed! the room and bathroom space is just right and location of hotel is very good! right across the train station and just walkable to old city. We will stay again when we get back to Zurich.

the Bathroom didn't have a drier for clothes.

Fantastic location and lovely boutique hotel very close to the main train station, central shopping area and restaurants. Check in staff were very helpful! Decent sized rooms, one of which had a little kitchenette which was very handy during our stay.

The bathrooms were a little small and dated but otherwise in good condition

We believe the "highlight" was the professionalism of Alex. He bent over backwards to assist us with our many questions and was most eager to assist us in anyway. He was outstanding and definitely represented the hotel well.

In regards to the room, it was lovely but the tables next to the bed were very small and couldn't hold much. However, the chairs were quite large and could use some updating. Possibly considering smaller chairs would provide more room for guests. Also...providing Netflix would be a definite plus since there was very few (if any) channels we could use that would speak English. Alex came to the rescue and found a DVD player so we could watch a old movie at night.

Very close to the station and banhoftrasse.

I didnt like the single bed that was provided. Its not comfortable at all.

Everything was great. The staff went above and beyond our expectations.The location is excellent as it is a short walk from the main station.

The bathroom is fairly small but as it was only for 2 nights it was fine.

Tight bathroom- loose toilet seat and cover. Could do better with pillows- maybe add more filling or use a more firm type of pillow. If you’re a side sleeper, it’ll hurt your neck and chest area. We asked for an additional pillow but still it’s not firm enough.
