- The staff are friendly and the rooms were clean, We were put in a smoking room which but they moved us immediately after I called the front desk. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was pricey but delicious! Rooftop bar/restaurant was wonderful!

- Just that the initial smoking room. It really smelled!
- Having to queue to go to the Sky bar was crazy for a resident.I will probably try somewhere different next time in Lisbon that doesn't treat customers like cattle.
- We basically had a room with two twin beds pushed together. For a couple thats in a honeymoon, its not what we were looking forward to sleep in
