Very small. Staff isnt as friendly. No water or snacks provided. Even toilet paper sucks.

It was clean.

There was a constant noise coming from the toilet, as well as occasional vibrating sounds. Moreover, the breakfast was poor: not only were there few choices, but the quality of the available items was also low.

This is a great location, very close to the central train station and easily accessible from there on foot. The room was very clean and felt new and modern. The layout of the room - a double bed and two twin bunk beds - was perfect for me and my 2 kids. There are plenty of restaurants in the area within a 10 minute walk. Great room for a very reasonable price.

This isn't a place with a lot of extra conveniences. There was no coffee maker or fridge in the room, for example, but otherwise it was a great stay: comfortable, clean, convenient, and great for families.

Proximity to the train station, simple yet clean room. Has everything needed for a quick overnight stay.

I really liked the breakfast, and especially the coffee. I found the location very convenient. I also appreciated that the room matched the pictures on the website.

I have no complaints. If I had to choose something, I would only like a couple of more vegetable options breakfast-wise.

The room is not far from the main station, clean, and on the 6th floor (attic), with a nice view and atmosphere.

The twin beds are adequate for a night or 2 but they are quite narrow.

The best aspect is location and price. It's quite close to the central station and the tram station. Room wasn't perfectly clean but acceptable. Unfortunately The AC was the only source of heat (no separate heater). It was quite dusty and triggered my allergies when we used it. The staff were polite, but not very warm.

The place is great, the staff was very polite, friendly and helpful. The room was good and the bed was so comfy. Good breakfast. Near the main train station, there is a bus directly to the airport.The minor downfall is that you need to walk like 10 minutes to the nearest metro station.

The hotel is conveniently located just a 9-minute walk from the train station, offering easy access to the airport and nearby cities and countries. The area where the hotel is situated is new (built about 5 years ago), quiet, and safe.Within walking distance, there are several attractions: the Military Museum is just 10 minutes away on foot, and the famous Belvedere Palace is 15-20 minutes away. Guests are always welcomed by a friendly and attentive staff, ready to assist at any time.

For guests’ convenience, it would be helpful to provide two trash bins — one in the bathroom and another in the main room — so that guests don't have to go to the bathroom every time they need to throw something away.It would also be nice to have at least glass cups instead of the two paper ones, which were quite uncomfortable to use.Although the hotel is priced above average, there was no complimentary bottle of water provided — not to mention tea or coffee, which were also missing. These small touches could significantly improve the overall guest experience.

The location was great - within walking distance of the main train station, and the room was clean.

However, the WiFi didn't work on the 2nd floor in our room. Also, the hotel doesn't offer many amenities (e.g., no toothpaste, toothbrush, or basic slippers.

Check in and check out were very easy. The room was clean.

The location was decent. We thought it was closer to the train station when we booked it, but it felt very far walking with our luggages. It was close enough to walk but not far enough to get an uber/taxi. I wish they had shampoo and conditioner, and not all in one combo soap. I also wish they had extra mirror and trashcan outside of the bathroom for the 3-bed room.

This hotel is situated in a new area that is very convenient to all the sights and the city center. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nutritious and satisfying. I would stay here again if I visit Vienna.

There is no coffee machine or water boiler in our room.

Decent budget option in walking distance from Vienna Hauptbahnhof, and even closer to a stop for the tram (line D) that takes you into the Innere Stadt, the heart of old Vienna. I chose this hotel for its proximity to Vienna's main transit hub. The room was clean, modern, and reasonably spacious, with a decent shower. I only had one brief interaction with staff, at check-in, so can't draw any conclusion from that. Housekeeping was efficient and unobtrusive.

The neighborhood is modern and clean but soulless, and the view is nothing to write home about. In short, don't expect old world Viennese charm, but I knew that going in. When walking to and from the station, be careful and watch out for the guys whizzing along on fast, silent electric bikes and scooters, especially after dark--they ride on the sidewalks and can be upon you before you know it.
