Hotel Vienna beim Prater

I like its classic style, like the city of Vienna. Paintings are everywhere in the hotel and rooms are well upgraded. Really enjoy the stay. It also offers coffee maker, free instant coffee and tea, which are not very usually in many European hotels.

Very convenient location to reach both airport and city centre. Good breakfast. Very clean rooms.

Pillows and mattress not so comfy. Rooms too warm.

Friendly and efficient staff. Clean, spacious and comfortable room. Centrally located for using public transport.

Wifi signal was too weak (and thus) the connection was interrupted very often. Hot water took several minutes to reach the faucet and it was only mildly warm.

The breakfast and the breakfast room was excellent. The staff was very professional and helpful.

The noisy Italian couple talking loudly way after midnight. I don't understand why the reception condone to that.

Good location, near Praterstern railway station. Easy access to city centre. Excellent staff! Breakfast was ok. We managed to have later check out for small extra fee.

The room was not very soundproof. We could easily hear the people in the next door. Everything else was excellent.

Ingo in the reception/bar is the best! He made the evenings great with perfect customer service!

Breakfast is chaos, layout doesnt work. Everyone bumping into each other. One 2 slice toaster for 40 people. Not enough hot options. Dont pay for it, go elsewhere. Shower in room has no extractor fan or window. Damp and mould smell. Shower glass doesnt stop bathroom floor soaking. Room gets suffocating as its air tight with door shut. Had to keep opening window for fresh air. Sound proofing between rooms is very poor. Floors creak. Spring matress was horribly uncomfortable.

We had two rooms, a double and a triple room. Both were great, spacious, clean and very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was also really good and fresh and they had a big variety. The hotel bar was open 24 hours. It was in a very good, quite location with parking close by. Only 25min walk to the city centre and a few minutes walk to the metro. All in all a very good stay.

Overall, I had a very positive experience — the friendliness of the staff, the quality of the breakfast, and the cleanliness of the property were excellent and greatly appreciated.However, I would like to share two points of concern from my stay in the single room:1.The room felt quite small for comfort.2.Water from the shower was leaking out into the room, which caused inconvenience.I hope this feedback is helpful for future improvements, as I truly enjoyed the rest of my stay and would be happy to return.

It is near center. The girls from the reception and form the breakfast was very nice.

The hotel is in a really nice, quite area near to the center. It's easy to take a tram/metro and go to the center or just walk. Each way it's ca 15-25 minutes. The staff is super friendly and the breakfast was also nice, the selection was ok and everything was fresh.We parked on the street with the help of the staff which was free during the weekend.We were staying in the 2 bedroom + living room 'penthouse' room which was amazing and really cozy, it could be surely more enjoyable from spring to autumn when the huge terrace could be also used. There is a jacuzzi in the bathroom and the beds were really convenient. We could just recommend it!

The people in the reception and at the breakfest were very kind and very service minded.. The hotel is located very central to all transport and all lines.. ( Metro and trains to airport) Praterstern station. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the center.The room were big and comfortable with good daylight. Nice and big tolilet. We only needed some good lamps for reading at the beds and at the chairs. It was impossible to read in a book. Breakfest was good with severel choices and good bread. . We needed some fresh fruit.All in all a good experienceFlemming

Excellent location close to the Praterstern transport hub. Large room, clean and in a good state of repair. Friendly, approachable staff, just what you need as a solo traveller.

There was a coffee machine with pods, but these were not replenished. It was only on my last day that I realised you could buy them from reception. Minor grumble, everything else was great.
